This place is cold!!! You can't see the dogs unless you pick the dog you want to see on an ipad! Seriously? The cat rooms are cute though. The staff is friendly it's just the process that seems impersonal.

We got the best buddy we could’ve hoped for. They take amazing care of the animals, they have ample of space to run around, good food and excellent care. 10/10 would recommend them to adopt a cat or dog.

We just adopted our new puppy through the Naperville Humane Society. They were fantastic with the adoption.They also called us to see how everything was working out between us and our puppy. We will only adopt through the Humane Society, they care about our needs and also the puppy’s needs.We couldn’t be happier.
