Super cute store in the heart of downtown! I had enjoyed treats from the store before, but just recently discovered the actual store. Displays are attractive with names of treats and prices clearly displayed. Friendly staff! I will definitely be back to support this locally owned business who gives back to our schools and troops.

A grateful place to get sweets and candies! This place has tons of nostalgic candy from my childhood, as well as truffles, saltwater taffies, and other sweet treats. Definitely gives off an old-school candyshop vibe. The train set going around was neat too.

I placed a order online 12/23/23 and somehow my order was received but not shipped out. I reached out to the (MOD) manager on duty and she was very friendly and apologetic. She took my name and number and actually called me back. She looked up my order and found that it hadn't been shipped out but the payment was received so she reached out to the owner and they drove all the way from Naperville to downtown Chicago and delivered my order to me personally. In my 50years of living I have never experienced this kind of customer service. I can't remember the young lady I was in contact with but she was nothing short of amazing and definitely deserves a raise. Thank you for your service and follow through support. You definitely have gained a new customer for life. Jeff thank you for driving out to insure I received my order. Thank you all again for caring and offering the best popcorn I have ever had in my entire life. Yours truly NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!

Came in on a Saturday night 18 minutes before close. When we walkedin we were immediately informed of that by the boy up front. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Assistant manager agreed, but laughed it off. Awful and disappointing all around. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer that way.

I love this place. Seasonal pumpkin Spice options are always a, look-forward-to event. Smells like sugar heaven. Candies from my childhood wow. Today I bought pumpkin spice, malt balls and espresso beans, lemon crust balls and toffee tri colors. They also gave me a free delicious bag of popcorn ? ?!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I realized when I got home that I never received a bag of candy that I paid for. I went the next day to retrieve the missing candy and the owner of the store refused to give it to me. He argued with me instead. Such terrible customer service! I will never go here again.
