We love the doctors and all of the staff especially Hannah Hazen at the Ogden Ave. Naperville location. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I was given advice that was very helpful.

I’ve been a patient for the past 5 years and have had a great experience with this group of professional and friendly staff. They are helpful in so many ways. Dr. Shivani Patel has helped tremendously with all aspects of my issues. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I have been going to MyEyeDr for years. Unfortunately, the management is not the same. There used to be a kind woman who worked the front office. She would work with you to get contacts/glasses and provide actual insight into cost options. The manager of this location was unprofessional and very disrespectful. I have been wearing daily contact lenses for years and know the relative price I should be paying for a year supply. The manager, Laura, quoted me a couple hundred dollars more than I normally spend on a year supply. When I asked her to look at past invoices she got defensive.
Myeyedr corporate isn't any better. I have tried to speak with someone regarding this issue and it has been two weeks of me following up. The optometrists are fine but customer service is all around awful. Take your business else where.

Honestly the most seamless experience I have ever had from start to finish at the eye doctor. I’m a lifer- glasses since age 5, contacts since 15. Need the works every year. Dr. Patel was amazing! Super thorough, provided me with a ton of education. Their entire staff, Nikki and Hannah were helpful. Just all around exceptional and efficient experience!

I had a great experience today. I ran out of contacts and Nikki (forgive me, I don’t know the correct spelling) was amazingly helpful. She got me in same day and got me contacts! She was so kind and understanding of my urgency. The Dr was also awesome! Thank you to Nikki and the Dr! ⭐️

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was kindly greeted and instantly helped as soon as I walked in. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure you walk out with confidence and that your visit is pleasant. The cups for water were out and were instantly refilled after walking in, not only were they re-filled but Laura also brought a cup back to me while I was answering questions from Deanna the eye tech. Everyone was so welcoming and had such a positive and caring attitude, Laura went out of her way countless times to ensure top notch and outstanding customer satisfaction. She helped me find a pair of frames that I really liked, during that process she even removed lenses from a pair of sunglasses so that I could determine whether or I would want them for regular glasses. She also maximized my savings on my exam and made my new year. I cannot express my gratitude enough!! I will forever recommend friends and family to come to this location.

I had a great experience getting an eye exam and purchasing glasses here. Dr. Patel is the best doctor I’ve seen in a while! She was so thorough with my assessment. She’s very knowledgeable and was able to explain each step of the process, the test results, and what they meant. The front desk staff were very personable and helpful in answering my questions about billing and insurance. I’m glad I found this clinic and I will definitely be back.

Totally disgusted. A few years back I went there to get new glasses and an eye exam. Although I had a prism in my past glasses, the Dr there refused to add the prism to my prescription saying they were not needed. The fist pair of glasses I received we so bad giving me double vision that I could not drive home with them on. After giving a poor review I was called and told to come in. I was given a new Rx and new lens in the glasses. My eyesight with glasses we never all that great. Went to get glasses again from a different place (was disgusted with their service). As it turns out, I DO NEED a prism in the glasses so that I do not see double. New doctor told me that the exam to detect if a prism is needed is lengthy and most doctors do not test for it except if the person states they have prisms in their glasses. As soon as the new glasses arrive, these will go in the garbage. What a waste of money and possibly causing the headaches. Will not go there ever again, nor recommend them,

I purchased a high percription lenses for glasses I got elsewhere because they didn't have good styles for glasses. I had a headache with the glasses after wearing them longer than 2 hours on each day. Mostly I wear them at nights so I didn't notice daily. For my yearly checkup I went to another place because I was looking for a style of glasses that wouldn't be so heavy related to the style so I could wear them longer. they checked my glasses and told me that the stigmatism was not put in the glasses from myeyedr. I've always had a stigmatism. myeyedr did not give me the correct prescription. when I called them to remake the lenses they refused saying my glasses were not in warranty any more. I explained I wouldn't have know this was incorrect until the new placed checked them. myeyedr did not honor their incorrect perception. not only this the staff is very rude not only in this conversation but also when I purchased my lenses.

I needed to see an eye doctor, and booked an appointment right away. Staff was very friendly, everybody wearing masks - very welcoming. Dr. Steinmetz was very professional, and gave me clear information about what was causing "floaters" in my eye. The information was very helpful - but what was most helpful was that he added that this was not uncommon in folks my age, and while it could indicate a problem, he would help me keep an eye on it (heh heh). He also reassured me it did not just mean I was now in the process of going blind. MAN! I did not know how much I needed to hear that until he told that to me! I'm going back for a re-check, and to get glasses and contacts. I highly recommend this place and My-New-Eye-Doctor. Very helpful and professional people!
