My loan officer Grant Z has been my greatest advocate throughout my 1st home buying experience. This guy stomped out every issue and hiccup along the way with ease. He shows no mercy by fighting for you and your needs. Because of his excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities, I will be a lifelong customer of Motto mortgage, which has been a seamless streamlined experience that other mortgage companies should strive to achieve...having dealt with some not so good brokers in my first home buying experience I can personally attest to the excellent staff at Motto mortgage and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been working with Grant over at Motto Mortgage for a few months, and it has been the most seamless experience. Everyone at Motto Mortgage is very proactive in their process, incredibly patient, and they are a team who make things happen. Additionally, they make sure that their clients are well informed/educated about each step- which is something I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Motto Mortgage truly provided top-tier service. They were extremely response and had a remarkably efficient process. After using another mortgage lender several times over the past few years, we were expecting the same mediocre and slow process that we have always had. That was not the case! From start to finish this was done extremely quickly and the communication was exquisite all along the way. They provided options, educated us on those options, and allowed us to pick the one that we felt most comfortable with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My mortgage broker was Grant. He was very attentive and went above and beyond for me. I know that it's his job and he is paid to get mortgages for people but my situation was overly difficult and he still got it done. There might be others in this industry that are good but none of them hold a candle to what Grant does. Highly recommended.
