1661 North Illinois Rte 59, Naperville“Very pleased with the excellent customer service at this Naperville location. My Samsung Galaxy S22 had a loose charging port. No matter which cable I inserted, they all came loose. Though his location is not nearby, I pass it often to a job site and after reading many good reviews, I decided to giver it a try. The technician was very courteous (forgot his name). If I could wait 15-20 minutes, he would let me know if the USB C connector could be fixed (loose solder connection) or needed to be replaced. He took it apart and found the retaining clip out of alignment, fixed it on the spot and charged me the $85 for his service. He could have claimed it required a new connector, order it, and charge me far more. I would not have know any better. Instead he performed professional service and charged the lower going rate. And it connects perfectly and charges very well again. Technical expertise, honesty, courteous customer service. I will refer this location to family and friends. John Lorens”

“This one time, I came in here buying flowers. I usually go through self-checkout. But I saw a lady who looked nice. Went through her line, learned her name is Cornelia. As a regular in this Target location, I kept going in her line. She has a huge heart. I was buying flowers for my mom. She only had a cold, but every time I get sick, she takes the day off of work to stay with me and laugh with me, watch TV with me, all that and more. Cornelia is one of the first people ever who taught me the importance of getting to know the little people in your life. That in itself is the top way to making your hometown full of Jeep Wrangler drivers and lululemon wearers a true community. Also, I like the organization of the store and the app and all that, too. Mason was the one to help me, and he did an AMAZING job. After I explained my frustration, he was so nice & he literally placed my order all over, and I walked out with my phone 20 minutes later.
