I have worked with Mara Adams for many, many years at this State Farm agent and a previous one. Mara is an amazing professional. She cares about my insurance needs but also about me and my family. She has always worked hard for us to get us the proper coverage and to go above and beyond when we have needed to use our insurance when the need arose. Everyone in Mike Pullen's office I have interacted with has been great but I always ask to talk to Mara. Thanks for all the help over all the years Mara! You are a real asset to Mike Pullen's agency and to State Farm. There are a lot of State Farm agents to pick from and other insurance companies to consider but I am staying right here where I have gotten amazing customer service and care. Keep up the great work!

I recently had a tornado pass through where I live. Power went out, lost all my food. I call the office to require about filing a claim for my food spoilage. The First Lady I spoke too was very hesitant and said renters insurance doesn’t cover food spoilage because I don’t own the fridge. That was news to me because I’m pretty renters insurance covers food spoilage amongst other things. She told me she would call me back because she needs to check if it was covered in my renters insurance. I get a call back which I missed the call. This was a different lady, she tells me I am covered but doesn’t think it’s worth filing claim because of my deductible. The first time I’m calling in because I need help. And this is the response I get. This was an unforeseen incident and this is literally what insurance is for.

Mike is great to work with. He does a great job explaining your options, providing insight, and making you feel comfortable with the insurance decisions you’re making. I find him trustworthy and the process of getting life insurance was made as easy and transparent as possible. Really appreciate all the help.

Mike Pullen and his team have been our insurance experts for over 15 years. I can’t say enough great things about their level of knowledge, customer service and commitment to helping in any way. As an added bonus, they’re all really great people and awesome to work with. Always attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. I recently added a second car to my account and thoroughly enjoyed working with Mara who was informative and knowledgeable about the various programs and features of all things auto insurance! It was refreshing to work with someone who was kind and willing to answer all my questions. In this day and age, so many people are on the go and don't have time to stop and say "thank you!" They may have time to leave bad reviews but it's important to be kind all the time! Thank you Mara and Mike for the great service.

I had a very negative and dishonest experience with this agency. I was quoted one price at the time of purchase of my home policy. I purchased it with that price. However they changed the price while the policy was active and asked for an increase in the premium. When I canceled my policy they didn't refund the prorated amount on the original price I paid but rather completely changed the pricing while the policy was active.DO NOT proceed with their price quotes. They say one price but charge another and they don't clarify it.

Mike has been my agent since I was a renter in the early 2000s. Now I'm years into home ownership and all my policies are with his office. He and his office staff are the best. I've had a few claims throughout the years and the process was always quick and painless. He and his staff are very supportive when you need them.
