For the past 3 years I’ve been getting my haircuts and hair colored done by Lisa.
Lisa is not only a kind person, she is a Naperville GEM who will make you feel so special while you are in her chair.
She is taking the time to understand your needs, and then she works wonders to make sure that your heart is happy with the best haircut, blow dry and style, ever!!!!
Thank you, Lisa for making me feel so special and for taking such great care of my hair ❤️.

I had an awful experience here the other day. I had come in for a haircut to have everything trimmed and cleaned up. The girl that cut my hair was fairly new and incredibly kind. After an hour and a half, I straightened my hair at home to notice that the front was about an inch shorter than the back. I immediately booked an appointment the next morning with my previous salon to fix it and ended up having to go shorter than intended for it to all be an even length. I am very disappointed with this salon and will not be going back. I had great experiences here years ago and it is sad to see that it has gone downhill.

So incredibly disappointed and sad. I went here for a hair trim & to touch up my face framing. I haven’t gotten a hair cut in about six months, so it was much needed. I selected this salon due to its high rating and being high end and luxury— so I had no stress going into my appointment that it would go wrong, BUT IT DID. This is the only time, ever, I have walked out of a hair appointment and cried after. The girl who cut my hair (i will not be posting her name, as she was a kind girl and i do not want to hurt her feelings or embarrass her) has only been at the salon for about eight months as she shared with me, yet I still had trust in her. After a blunt cut for the back, she began to work on the face framing. Attempt after attempt, shorter and shorter she COULD NOT get it even. I ended up telling her to just stop please because it was so short at this point. I should have stopped her sooner and asked for a different stylist to finish it, but I did not want to upset her. She said, “i’m so sorry, face framing is just very hard!!” As someone who used to do hair, I have compassion for her. However this cut is TERRIBLE, to the point now friends and family members have made comments on how bad it is. I am very sad over my hair.

Bianca did my eyebrow tinting and they are perfect!! I've had a bang trim in the past by Brea and she took extra care to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. Front desk is super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend

Thomas has done my hair twice, (balayage and haircut, and my daughters’ highlights. He Takes his time, listens to what you want and ensures you are happy with his services! Be makes the time pass quickly with great conversation! Will definitely keep coming back!

I have been going to this salon and super happy with my stylist for many years ... I have recommended so many friends as well... friendly staff and great quality service and products.. I was so disappointed to be told yesterday and shown a sign that said from here on they will be charging a $25 fee to have your hair blow dried! If you pay $100 for your color and sit for 45 min for processing and your stylist does another customer in this time - you are expected to either : pay an additional $25 to have your hair blow dried, leave with wet hair or apparently there will be a "blow dry station" for you to dry your own hair.. Wow ... I mean I just can not believe that there is an expectation that people leave with wet hair or pay you an additional fee ? I come every 5-6 weeks for color ... I only need my short hair cut every other time ... does this mean now that I am not paying you enough money / enough business to have my hair dried every other visit ? Really love my stylist and really loved this salon - but this just sat really wrong with me .. the receptionist was really great and said she would not charge me this time since appt was made before this policy took effect but not sure if I fee right about going back to keep giving them my money ... I am all for fairness but this feels wrong...if my stylist wasn't doing other clients while I was there it may also make more sense but this is not the case ... Wishing they had thought this one through ...

I've been going to this salon for 5 years, my stylist has been very good so, this rating is nothing against the stylist it's meant for the company. I recently had my hair done and I saw a sign on the front counter stating starting in March hair blow dry's will not be included in the color or cut. If you choose to have your hair dried to see the results of the cut or color, there will be a $25 additional charge. OR there will be a space for you to dry your own hair. I'm BLOWN away by this charge!! They want to break out the time for a cut/color then time for a dry. If they don't dry that gives them more time to add another customer. It's all about the money, screw the customer! Here's how I see I'll be reacting to this request for additional $25. If I have to pay $25 for a blow dry, then my stylist will lose out on her tip to cover the cost. I'm not paying $125+ for a color and walk out with a wet head and not be able to see the final product. You might say well that will hurt the stylist not the company but, the stylist was included in the decision for the $25.

I had an awful experience at Michael Graham Salon in Downtown Naperville. I made an appointment online for a partial highlight last week- my appt. was scheduled for Monday 1/16, since that was my only day off of work. Sunday night I checked to make sure what time my appointment was since I did not receive a confirmation text, which was strange as I had signed up while making the appt. After logging in, I noticed that my appt. was switched to Wednesday 1/18 without my consent. I knew for a fact that I did not make this change, so I canceled and rebooked for 1/16 again- luckily I was able to find an appt.The day of my appt., I was running a few min. late so I called the salon to let them know. The girl working at the front (Gianna) told me that she would have to make sure with my colorist- Thomas.She said I can't be more than 15 min. late and I told her I wouldn't be.When I arrived to the salon I was about 7-8 min. late. When I checked in with Gianna at the front (who happened to be FaceTiming while on the clock). She says: 'sorry Thomas can't see you today since there's been a mixup with his appointments.' Apparently someone had cancelled on him and then ended up coming in at the time of my appointment (and they let her do that knowing I was also on his schedule). I asked her why she couldn't have told me this when I just spoke to her earlier about running late to the appt. She said 'I've been calling you all morning' and I pulled out my phone to show her that I didn't receive a single call from them.She goes to the back to have Thomas come and talk to me directly. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. He didn't even seem to care that they made a mistake. When I asked him why they couldn't tell me this before I wasted 40+ min driving there? He goes off with the same excuse saying that we've been calling you, also at that point, Gianna interrupted (in a very defensive and rude tone) to go and 'check my call log'. I showed her my phone- and I asked her which number she would have called since I didn't get a SINGLE call from them. When she read off 3 incorrect numbers, it was obvious that they were lying about contacting me and could not admit there mistake. I don't know what they were thinking when doing this, but this was unprofessional at all levels. They couldn't even accommodate me in any way, instead he said that I should rebook my appt. with him. Lol. He really thought I would be coming back after all this?Now that I think of it, I'm grateful that Thomas did not do my hair. If the staff is so incompetent about something as simple as scheduling an appointment or even notifying the customer about a mixup, imagine what he would have done to my hair- no thank you.The only star I would give is for the manager I spoke with, Anne. She apologized but unfortunately could not find me a single appt that day or any of the other days I was able to come in after work. I don't think I could ever give this salon my business after this experience with them.

Came in for a consultation and Angela sat with me for a good 15 minutes and loved what she suggested so set up an appointment for the next week and she didn’t disappoint.
