“This is the 3rd time we have ordered from Penny Mustard and every time has been exemplary. Jeff was very helpful and patient while we debated on which piece and in what fabric we wanted. We received our furniture quickly and exactly when expected. The gentleman delivering the furniture were very efficient and respectful of our home.”

They quickly ordered it AND provided free white-glove delivery service (which is NEVER free online). I love it!”
“This is in response to Tarik Cogal's false statements made below. This man called the store and immediately became irate. He called one of the female managers trying to help him a "C**T." After she refused to deal with him and rightfully so, I then got on the phone with him while he was still screaming. He was screaming so loud that the staff standing nearby could hear him. He was told by the female manager and myself that he cannot scream obscenities at our staff. He was told to calm down and speak calmly without graphic language or threats. He refused to calm down and act like a human being towards our staff. His purchase was a final sale stated multiple times. He thought harassing us while screaming obscenities was appropriate. No one deserves to be screamed at let alone insulted and threatened repeatedly. I protected myself and our staff as any decent person would. The staff at both outlet stores works extremely hard to provide the best items at the best price daily. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to help any customer. Tarik Cogal's review is completely false and he conveniently left out his horrible behavior while trying to cause harm to the business and staff.”
“Overall it was fine. One complaint I have is I was expected to pay the full amount even though my couch will not be delivered for 4 weeks. I was expecting to pay 25% down and the balance upon delivery had that been the case I would have give 5 stars”
