Scheduled an appointment online and was able to get in within 15 minutes.
I have fine, long, naturally curly hair that is hard to cut. But since I’m 61 years old, I wasn’t going to be picky about the stylist. I just needed a haircut quickly. I was scheduled with Carissa.
I got home and I’m flabbergasted. This might just be the best best haircut I’ve ever received.

I wanted to give them 5 stars because I think the color and cut with the stylists was good and the salon and location was very upscale, however there is a lot of uncertainty with cost there. I think it was too expensive which is unfortunate because it seems like a salon people like me would go to often, but the cost is a major drawback.

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I loved the facial I received today. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The service was exceptional, and I felt truly pampered, love the skills of the esthetician who took care of me(Babs) and the products used as well as the ambiance. I will definitely be coming back and recommending your services to my friends and family

I am always very pleased with my nail services with Pearl and JLynn. However I am very disappointed that Mario Tricoci is no longer offering their customers the option to purchase these services as a series and then also raising the prices. These changes may force me and others to seek these services at other nail service providers. UPDATE: Mario Tricoci just offered manicure and pedicure series for a limited time, although at a different rate than before. I hope they will continue to offer series periodically.

Brittany is a great colorist. She makes sure the color looks great and appropriate for you.Shes very patience to make sure she’s giving you the best color that works for you.

Hair type: I have fine hair and cannot have bleach on my hair for its fine and will break off. I do all over color and then add color through the end for last 15 min of the process. Wow what a difference that makes. She’s awesome!!

Casandra is very good at highlights however, if you don't opt for a haircut, you'll have to style your own wet hair. Never have I been to a salon where you have to style your own hair after paying about $200 for a service. Weird. Staff is hit or miss, some of them are very nice, some of them give weird looks.

I have followed Colette for over 15 years now. I call her the Hair Color Picasso. She is so knowledgeable and professional. Any new ideas I have, and she's always happy to make it happen. She has a beautiful personality and never disappoints. I will continue to follow her everywhere she goes! Central appointment people need to put down the actual services being sought. Could write a saga of more observations & complaints but I am not confrontational. after approx 800$ I feel robbed and quite disheartened .

Naperville - Collette has performed a miracle after I lost all my hair from chemo treatment. She’s figured out the correct path forward to get my new growth healthy and strong… so grateful!! ?. Then Tracie gave me a tremendous trim and showed me the correct products to use to protect my hair from heat damage. It’s great to finally look like a grownup again… so much gratitude ?

I am an African American woman, and I tried Tricoci for my hair. I explicitly stated how I wasn’t biracial, my hair challenges, and basically how I needed a good stylist that cares for the hair and who has great customer service, well the manager Briana made sure that I was taken good care of. She recommended Maria. Maria was absolutely amazing. My hair looks beautiful and full of body. She also recommended great hair products! Thank you, Maria. Thank you, Tricoci. Impressive experience! Race wasn’t even a factor. True professionals and truly educated.

I don't usually do this, but, I paid a lot of money for very poor service and poor quality. I definitely won't return to this salon i got a waxing, got a redo, and never once did my legs feel like they were waxed. I need to shave . It's frustrating, because it costed a lot of money. J am going to find a different salon, because the lack of quality is definitely not worth the huge price paid.

First of all, there are many great stylist and technicians at Tricoci Salon. Happy with who I go to for services. The new remodel looks good, even though the front check-out area is a bit of an odd setup. Glad to see a bigger washroom for ladies.
What I really don't like is the dance music with the heavy bass that is always blaring throughout the salon. You would think you were at a dance club instead of at a salon. Kind of frustrating when I want to get a relaxing pedicure or have to be there for 2+ hours getting highlights. Good luck with that. Unfortunately, I always leave with a massive headache. I guess Management could care less that some people are super sensitive to it. Figures.
With the new remodel, my colorist's station is right next to the new Blow Dry Station. I sat there for almost 2 hours getting blasted from other customers blow drying their hair. Was not happy about that at all. I'm sure they could've designed that better.

Abby is Spectacular at what she dose, my hair was a mess and she has totally turned it around!! Made me feel 10 year younger… have now sent my girls to her, I could not recommend her enough!
