There are so many unique gift items in this shop in addition to the mailing and shipping services. I purchased many Christmas and birthday gifts and 'just because' gifts here. Love the variety of items. And the staff - they are the best! Very friendly and genuinely kind people.

A huge shout out to Mail Works! During this time we shelter in place, Bob at Mail Works assisted me, over the phone, in creating a wonderful care package for a family member struggling with a life threatening illness. He walked around the store helping me choose items (cheese popcorn, chocolate, inspirational stones and a hand crafted scarf) & then he created a beautiful presentation to be mailed out of state. He mailed the package and it was received days earlier than promised! My SIL was overwhelmed with this kind act; it brought a moment of joy to her day. She wanted me to be sure and thank Bob and Thank you Mail Works - you went above and beyond.

5 stars!! The staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. We have been private mailbox customers there for years and the mail is aways accurately delivered. They have a lovely gift shop too. Thanks for always going the extra mile for your customers!!

Been a customer for many years. Bob and his staff go the extra mile for the customer. No packaging, no problem. Not sure what is the cheapest way to get it there, no problem. They can help.

The staff is always helpful and kind, which goes a long way. They have all the same services as a Office Depot or UPS Store but without the big corporate feel. The gift items include Naper Nuts popcorn, which you can't not buy. Great rates on international mail!
