There is a greeter as you enter where you can find what you want by asking right when you enter. The selection is quite extensive with different price points. I will definitely return when I am in the market for a new product.

#loweshomeimprovement bait and switched me!!! I bought (4) 6-pack of 8.7 planters and (3) 4-pack 6.7 planters. I checked the quantity in the descriptions and screenshot both items. They changed their website after I made the purchase because of their error and I am told the only option is return and they will give me a gift card for my inconvenience. They said I technically only paid for one pot so they will not honor it, but per their website I paid for what was advertised . I declined the extra gift card. I just want what I ordered please! On short you can NOT trust #lowes online store! Returning the entire order. It's not customer service fault but there should be a higher up to be able to see what happened and honor what was advertised. I know my measly $150 order is not important to a large company like this but I will make sure that my remodeling company doesn't use them either.

We had Lowe’s install our flooring. One of our rooms had a small corner that wasn’t level. They told us this and said they needed to lay fast drying concrete down to level it out. Not just in the corner, but in the whole room. The work took 2 hours. Total of 4 hours with drying time. We were charged including the concrete $1859.00. Labor was $1500 for a 240sq ft room. After all was said and done, our floor was worse. Instead of them just fixing the corner, they made a whole other half of our floor unlevel. We called Lowe’s and explained and this man said he’d have someone call us. We also spoke with the installers who said they’d call us back and of course no one will call us back. This is a joke. We had a lot more flooring to buy. We spend SO much money in Lowe’s, we buy everything there. Not anymore! Buyer beware!!!! We also weren’t able to talk to our installers, neither spoke any English which was ridiculous. They used an app on their phone to try & communicate with us. Do better Lowe’s, you just lost a big customer!

Don't purchase an appliance from Lowes. I purchased a dryer that stopped working after only two weeks. I went back to the store so they would give a replacement and was told that since I didn't purchase it with a Lowes credit card they don't honor a 30 day warranty. They are incredibly rude and don't care about their customers. I will never spend another dime at any of their stores

DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS! We purchased an LG refrigerator 5 years ago and it's already stopped working due to a bad compressor. Most places won't even repair LG they are such throw away junk. This is the second LG we have had that did not last past the five year mark. Terrible product sold by Lowe's. Not worth the money, and Lowe's does not stand behind crappy products. Avoid LG at all costs!

Awful experience. Was happy to purchase a washer and drier from them. Great delivery and installation option. Everything went downhill when they came to deliver. They would not uninstall my machine as they said there was corrosion on the pipe. Advised them this was never mentioned to us at the store. I called the store asking for a full refund. Well you have to call another number for that. When I called, they stated they won't even install had we uninstalled due to corroded pipe. Suffice it to say I won't even purchase a nail from lowes

We shopped Lowes home appliance department during a sale. Customer service is non-existent there. Associates were nowhere to be found on our first early evening visit and we were abandoned by another associate on a visit the next day. Our questions and concerns were dismissed outright and any product knowledge not already on the appliance tag was not on display. Yes the sale prices were attractive but we've never had to work so hard to get someone to sell us anything! We won't trouble Lowes for any future purchases.

My sister decided to trust her kitchen redesign cabinets to Lowe's (Schuler cabinet brand). Bad call. My sister has been abandoned by Lowe's and Schuler cabinetry (she ordered these "custom" Cabinets through Lowes). Her construction started in January. Some basic numbers are that they have had to order 4 sets of panels, 3 different vent hoods, and 3 sets of cabinets. Each with an added 4-6wk delay. They received items in the wrong color, items they didn't need, and numerous other damaged items that were small. They all came from Schuler Cabinetry. No. One. Is helping at Lowe's OR Schuler. Jessica Stratton (designer) has been in constant contact with Schuler and Lowes, and it appears they do not care to help this nightmare situation.

I wanted to buy a Razor electric dirt bike for my grandson. The bikes are available online, but need to be assembled. I contacted Lowe's and spoke with Jasmine. The level of customer service from Jasmine and her team was exceptional. She ordered the bike and kept in contact to let me know when it arrived at the store and when assembly was completed. She even arranged to have the bike kept in the customer service department until I was ready to pick it up so it would not get scratched. Jasmine and her team were amazing! If you are looking for a bike, I highly recommend Lowe's.

What a horrible store to deal with. We ordered custom blinds and one was broken when it arrived. The Lowes installer notified them for an expedited replacement and so the nightmare begins. It took them over a week to put that order in because the woman in that department told me she was busy and does things when she has time and if I didn't like it file a complaint. The assistant store manger was no help either and just brushed the incident aside. I will never order or shop in this store again. They truly do not care about their customers or try at all to resolve issues that arise.

More than a great hardware store! Yesterday we had our sons 5th birthday party here. This new Build a Party program was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everyone from Lowe's who worked on this party was so kind, patient and understanding. The team made the entire process stress free for us. They provided a great time and environment for every child and parent that we had invited to the party. They had an amazing party area set up where the kids were able build a race car kit with the direction of the party captain. There was also an area for kids to play bag toss, Jenga, and with other toys. After pizza and cake the kids were able to play with their new race cars and toys in the party area until the party ended. I would really recommend Lowe's birthday parties for anyone looking for a fun and unique option for a memorable day. We can't thank everyone at Lowe's enough. I'm pretty sure we will be setting up another party here in the future!

Lowes used to be our go to store. We purchased carpet and have had an issue with some damage done during installation. I have spoken to the store associate, a store manager, Lowes Cares, and several people at Lowes Installation Services and not once have I gotten a promised return call. This is not the way it used to be! Lowes will no longer be a store we consider when looking to make a purchase.

I ordered a piece that they said would be delivered to the store on Wed. According to the tracking it got there on the previous Sunday! The store never found it. I talked with customer service and they put me on hold for 75 minutes when I hung up and called them back. Customer Service did not help at all and were just rude when they told me that the people in charge of that just went home (leaving me on hold). I won't go back to the Hwy 59 store again and will use Ace Hardware whenever possible and then it's Menards or Home Depot. Awful service. They just don't care.

We purchased our fence from Lowe's in late October. Premier was the contactor chosen to install the fence. Materials were delivered in December. They sat in our driveway all winter until March when Premier came to install the fence. However, the gate was not ordered by Lowe's and was not delivered so could not be installed. Gate was ordered but it was the wrong gate. It is now almost June and still we have no gate despite many calls.
