Visited here yesterday afternoon with a friend and Jamie was AMAZING! She spent at least an hour with us helping me try on new heels and find different outfits and was very knowledgeable about everything I felt very comfortable and will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Yovani gave me great service and I appreciate their patience! I haven’t gone to an íntimate store in so long and it was time to peek in there. They showed me and demonstrated different things I was looking for. It’s very welcoming in the store and I appreciate that they do greet nicely. Will be returning here because of the amazing customer service! ❤️

Been to this location a couple of times and workers are always very helpful!! Was helped a couple of times by Yovani and he is honestly the best! And has always been very helpful with any questions that I have!

Went in with my man we weren’t sure what we wanted or what we were interested in. A employee named Yovani saw we were having trouble. He came up to us and offered us some help asked us what we had in mind and what we are interested in. He was very helpful and kind and super funny. Definitely great costumer service will visit again soon. Thank you so much Yovani for your time and help .

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! everyone was so lovely and informative but big shout out to Yovani and Jaime! (Names maybe be butchered in spelling and if so I'm sorry!) Me and my partner were on a date for our anniversary and stopped by since we were in the area. We went in and the store was immediately welcoming. We were looking for something specific and Yovani showed us models of things they recommend, listened and talk to us to see what we wanted, understood my worries, was friendly and gave honest opinion on stuff we were thinking of. Jaime was also the same and both were helpful in helping us find items we wanted and were interested. I'll be honest I was a little crabby that day due to being anxious in going to lingerie stores but they melt that away and I had an enjoyable experience. My partner was happy as well and we hope to go back soon!

Amazing first trip here. The employees are so helpful, especially the manager Jamie! Answered all questions and was very pleasant and approachable. Also has a wide variety of really good products for very fair prices.

Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with. For someone who is a little to anxious to learn the lingo and science behind types of lubricants, vibrators, and similar topics, Jamie is patient, clear, and fun to work with. We will absolutely return! Jamie is awesome!
