I went to get my hair colored at this salon (I asked to get my hair lightened from a virgin black to a copper red/brown with highlights) with Cindy and I couldn't be happier about my hair and also the entire experience! :) Cindy is incredibly knowledgeable about what she does and she is also very considerate of her clients' needs, both stylistically and monetarily, and will work with you to make sure your aims are met to the best of her ability! She is thorough, very down to earth, and will make your appointment as comfy and enjoyable as anyone could ask for. Couldn't recommend Cindy more and I will be returning to this salon!

Great little salon! It appeared to be nice and clean as well. I came here to get my nails done by Becky who was still very into her skill even after doing nails for so long! Becky specializes in nail art which for a white girl is a total lost skill! Becky was telling me that she an educator for Gel II which is a smaller company that puts out a no chip system. She was telling me that pretty much 100% of her clients get some type of design which I would think in Naperville would still be too conservative for this but hey why not!? Becky does it all whether you're in for a regular manicure, a deluxe pedicure, acrylic fill, or a no chip she does it all!! She's been doing nails for a long, long time so she knows what she is doing!!

The shop is very clean and comfortable. Cindy was ready for me within 5 minutes of when I arrived. First we started out by cutting off a 14 inch braid to Locks of Love, then Cindy went to work on the rest of my hair. I have very thick wavy hair and she really took her time to make sure it was cut the way I thought I wanted it. With her expertise, I have a great new look with a lot less hair.

I came to Look Good Feel Good Salon and met with Cindy. I came to her with horrible highlights, and wanted DESPERATELY to get back to my natural color. We sat down and had a consultation, we discussed the best way to get the color I wanted. She gave me her input on color choices, what would work best, and how to go about getting it. She was fabulous! She was VERY knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to accomplish the look I wanted. For someone who does not know much about hair and the long process it can take to get back to natural, Cindy was able to explain and describe the process to me, which was very helpful, and made me feel a lot more comfortable! Especially since I was nervous after my previous traumatic hair experience! The best part was that she was open to my ideas/pictures, but also threw in her own experience and knowledge which led to my now fabulous head of hair! She was very efficient, worked fast and methodically. I felt I was definitely in the hands of a professional hair color specialist! I would definitely recommend her! Plus, she is spunky and entertaining, which is always fun!
