As I was walking in, 2 ladies were walking out and saying "I've NEVER been disappointed in this store", AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I usually buy a little something in here to treat myself to. Their prices are usually a bit on the higher side, but it's a boutique. I walked out today with a candle, a card and a piece of super sale Christmas decor. It's a toss-up if I get greeted or not. But I feel like I always end up talking to someone that works there, so it's not that they aren't polite! I love the small business vibes especially after Naperville is being overtaken with big box stores.

I have been to better boutique shops and have had better customer service at a Walmart. Get over yourselves. Your not all that. Literally the only person in the store shopping. Not a hello ...welcome ...acknowledgement at all. Even when coming face to face with the woman working ( brown hair ) RBF. Not a word. Wow. I will spend my money where they actually appreciate it

Can’t say enough great things about Little Luxuries!! This place is amazing! Sue the owner is so kind and sweet! Miki, the floral designer is so talented. Miki has decorated my Christmas tree for the last 3 years and each year it just gets more beautiful! I’ve also had several floral arrangements for my home and one is more beautiful than the next. If you are looking for quality, this is your place.

Miki, the florist, did such a gorgeous job to create a pair of faux winter arrangements for the entry path to our small business! She worked quickly (even during her busy season) and very kindly accommodated our budget (while working with the store owner on this too). The entire staff was also very helpful and friendly for our planning visit and our pick-up visit, including being very gracious about my six year old coming with me on the first visit. Thank you so much!

Little Luxuries is my Favorite store! They give you time to look around without feeling pressure to purchase anything. The quality of all the merchandise is wonderful! I have had custom floral arrangements made and they have turned out amazing even with my high expectations. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for unique home decor items.

Most amazing owner and staff...hand selected beautiful gifts for my company’s Christmas gifts based on budget given and a few descriptions of what I was looking for. Huge hit with everyone that received the gifts, each one beautifully wrapped. Thank you and will be back for the next gift I need!

I was gifted a beautiful neckless from Little Luxuries and wore it 24/7. Within a couple weeks some of the smaller beads had fallen off the chain. The person who bought me the neckless went into the store and talked with the owner who was super kind and considerate. She gave us a new neckless for free! I won't wear it constantly but it is an amazing neckless and the it was very sweet of the owners to do that.

Love little luxuries! They do such a great job and take their time to make sure each nail is perfect. It's really great to go to a salon with talent and diversity. Every time I go have great and genuine conversations with the staff and clients. Not to mention the place is gorgeous! Recommend!

Great assortment of home decor. Although pricey, I wouldn't mind paying the price if customer service was up to par. The ladies working there, one of them probably the owner, were not really great at welcoming customers. I walked in their store, they pretty much ignored me walking in and then walking out. And this happened the other times I went in. For the prices they charge, they should WOW their customers with exceptional customer service. So for that reason I give them a “meh†3 stars

I stopped by this shop earlier today looking for ideas for a fundraiser that is near and dear to my heart. I was immediately drawn to this precious little dragonfly and I started to tear up. One of the kind ladies of the shop spoke to me and I shared with her the reason for my stop. My sister-in-law and I are putting a basket together to be auctioned at a fundraiser for Suicide Awareness. Ive stopped by this store several other times in the past and have always been impressed with the quality of their items but today I was most impressed with their heart. Thank you all (I wish I had gotten your names) for your kindness and for my “special gift.†Your kindness will never be forgotten.

I absolutely love this Little Luxury water cooler. It's easy to use, fill at tap filters the water (I had it tested it makes it near as perfect as it gets removed all the bad) and cools it to a perfectly good temperature- welldone to a who ever made this. I will never use bottled water again- oh this water tastes much better to!
