Such an adorable baby store! We just had our first baby, and this has quickly become our favorite place to visit. Every time we stop by, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. One time, a girl assisted me in finding an item I had seen on their Instagram page, and she was so sweet and helpful! Even before our baby arrived, they did a fantastic job helping us find baby shower and birthday gifts for my niece. We will definitely keep coming back!

My husband and I went in there shortly after they opened for the day, there was nobody else in there besides us and two workers. The workers didn't acknowledge us once the entire time we were in there. Not a hi, not a can I help you, nothing. It is somewhat small store, so was actually pretty uncomfortable as we were there for about 15 minutes. They were sitting at the front desk hanging out so It wasn’t even like there in the middle of something.. A boutique like this, I would expect great customer service and this was anything but that. Pricing also very much reflects a small boutique. $50 for a baby swimsuit, I don’t even spend that on my own. There is a very cute children’s boutique down the road who has amazing customer service, and pretty much the same stuff. I would skip this one.

My mom and I had a bad experience here this afternoon. There's construction in front of the store, so the only way in is through the back door which is up three steps. I had my baby in a stroller, so it was difficult to get in, but my mom had seen a dress on their website that we wanted to buy for my baby. The woman working was steaming something and acted like we interrupted her and were bothering her. She didn't stop steaming the whole time we were there. We were the only people in the store. My mom described the dress she saw online and asked if they have it. The salesperson asked what brand the dress is. My mom didn't know, so the salesperson said "Well we have a lot of brands." She was unwilling to help us find it until my mom pulled it up on her phone to show her exactly which dress we were looking for. Then we made the mistake of asking if they have any hats, to which she responded "Only these two for boys." My daughter was wearing a blue dress and is a baby, so I guess I see how you could assume she was a boy if you weren't really paying attention, but we had only been asking about dresses and girl clothes so it really just felt like she couldn't be bothered with us. They had some really cute clothes and we really went out of our way to go to this store and planned to buy at least one dress, but I couldn't bring myself to buy anything after being treated this way so we left empty-handed and won't be back.

Came here to check out some baby clothes for my sisters upcoming baby shower. This place is beautiful and stays in trend with the seasons. Colors here are neutral, toys here are beautiful, interactive and just a great source of ideas. Staff here was friendly. It's stocked small for a much more fluid, seamless shopping experience.

This store has been open for about 5 months. It is a darling little shop and I was helped by Jennie who was just delightful and quite knowledgeable. They carry very cute lines of clothing, and a variety of other baby items, one of which is teething toys from a company called Itzy Ritzy ~ right in downtown Naperville. Take the time to look at everything because you might just stumble on the perfect baby/shower gift. There were even a few pairs of adorable shoes for those babies who are not yet standing or walking. Sizes start with newborn and go up to 4T and there is a sister store in Geneva, so if this store doesn't have the size you are looking for, the other store might. I did purchase a few things, but I did not feel pressured in any way. Jennie was able to answer all my questions and welcomed me to browse for as long as I wanted. Pricing was right on target for the items. This store put a smile on my face.

My daughter is obsessed with the Christmas dress I got her (4T) and the soft Jellycat polar bear! The cutest shop with a great location and parking. I also purchased a welcome baby gift for a friend that was shipped to her.
