even with bumper-to-bumper warranty do not expect to get your car serviced without a appointment. When you do get a appointment Expect it to be at least two weeks out for service. they are supposed to supply you with a rental by contract. Forget about it! The salesman tells you how you can get your car serviced at any time when you're buying the car which is a lie.

Poor service, non-existent follow up. A whole lot of talk about the "Patrick Promise," but the experience in dealing with this dealership is actually painful. Bought a car from them over a year ago and, despite dozens of follow up attempts, we still don't have resolution to items they told us would be taken care of.

I ordered a car from them on February 28 2022. The car came in this week and I was told for four different reasons why I was not allowed to buy it. None of the reasons were true. I also talked to three different sales managers in the process. I was told by an inside source that they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle after I put down a $3000 deposit because they could sell the vehicle for much more. This is unacceptable. Furthermore the car was actually for sale before they gave me my deposit back. Literally the day they told meIt was at the dealership. See below the pictures that show the vehicle in the lot and the vehicle online for sale prior to me even getting my deposit back. Unscrupulous business practices to say the least. And I am a individual that has bought two cars from them. Never again!Btw my sales team Roy, Bill, and finally Joe.
