Really satisfied with my recent visit! Got exactly what I wanted. I got these last week and they have not chipped and has look like I had just gotten them done. I've received so many compliments from my friends and family. Will be seeing you guys soon again, prices are so reasonable and fair. Such a friendly environment and I feel so comfortable as I trusted opinions with the technician. Highly recommend this nail spa!

This is the best nail salon I’ve found in Naperville! Tyra is the queen of picture perfect manicures (especially French manicures). The pedicures are great too!
This salon is super clean and staff is so friendly! 5 stars!

I went into this nail shop and I just wanted a simple pedicure with a little callus remover. The ladies were talking about people and amongst each other in their own language and then I asked her to cut my toenails short because I don’t like long toenails at all, and she started huffing and puffing, talking to her coworkers in another language and I was very uncomfortable. The professionalism was not there and they shouldn’t try to do American people’s feet if they really don’t like what they do.

I love these nails so much. The owner is so nice and she has done a spectacular job! I did my nails for vacation and everyone is loving them! Most importantly I love them! And to mention Tyra is super nice and welcoming and shes always super helpful and professional! The whole establishment is so professional and clean! Everything came out the way I wanted, now I can go on vacation with my friends with a new set of wonderful nails! Definitely recommend coming here because it definitely didn’t disappoint me! 11/10 experience!!
Stylist: My stylist was Tyra and she was super welcoming. Shes so professional and she makes sure all of her customers are satisfied and super friendly and quick! She works her hardest and so as her other employees! Im definitely going to book more appointments with Tyra so I can have more amazing nails!

Such beautiful designs, the nails came out perfectly and exactly what I wanted. The designs were so fitting on my nails and exactly what I had pictured! I will definitely come back as it’s not my last time! She had also recommended me different colors that I didn’t feel comfortable trying but in the end it worked out beautifully. I’m so glad I can come to a nail salon feeling comfortable and blessed with the results! Thank you ?
Cleanliness: The nail salon is super super clean. It’s so pleasing and nice to walk into than the other nail salons I’ve been too. I’ve even been granted some complimentary water and such a nice environment. It was such a beautiful experience and will definitely come back!

I asked for an acrylic soak off and then a basic manicure afterwards. The lady I got seemed to not really know what she was doing. The soak off was fine but when it came to the manicure she cut my skin while trimming my cuticles and filed my nails impossibly thin. I went back to my regular home nail tech a few days ago and she said she had never seen nails so thin. As my nails grow out they crack and I’ve lost a bit of a nail off 2 of my fingers. I’ve gone here twice before and got good service from what I think is the owner but the third time I went was a different lady, hence the two stars and not one. I don’t wanna take a chance going back and getting the same lady so I’ll be going elsewhere. The attached picture is a month after the service and my nails are still sooo fragile even with me adding nail oil everyday, it’s ridiculous.

My dip nails lasted 2 months with not one chip! I was so surprised as my nails chip often. I usually get no chip, and that day, I tried Dip. This place during the week is not crowded, it's clean and very soothing. It's definitely a great location and good new products. There are a lot of different colors and brands to choose from as well.

Very nice atmosphere friendly took me without appointment, walk in welcome definitely coming back. Highly recommended Tyra! She is very nice and detail oriented. She takes her time and does a great job!

I recently went to Koi Nail Salon which is now under new management. The owner was the person who did my manicure and it was the best manicure I have had! She listened to what shape I wanted and did a great job! Highly recommend
