You gotta be white to be served here I was ordering from the deli and the white manager came over and I was asked what I wanted and the girl just went around me and took my order I turned around and she started doing the white managers order instead of mine

This particular Jewel constantly shuffles items around. This time, I honestly can't find anything. The categorization literally sucks and spend more time cussing in the store than being able to find the things I'm looking for.

Older man at checkout was rude and unpleasant yelled at me because he didn't want to honor sale price on some foods saying just buy it and then go to customer service counter. When I went to customer service counter I needed to have another account but not jewel one just non sense. I didn't know I need two accounts for the price it should be to begin with. Way overpriced here and I guess they are reconstructing so inconvenient with stuff everywhere. The coconut water I purchased was not expired but was not stored here properly I drank one sip and become very ill for a few days ? ?

Hadn't shopped here in ages, has some actual good deals now if you use the app. Quick check out, they have designated baggers so the lines don't take ages, things are actually in stock, not doin too shabby Jewel.

I placed my first online order with Jewel last evening for pickup this morning. I order 8 bags of the same chocolate. They took the order without any issues so I assumed they had stock. At the time I'm getting ready to pick up the order the today (~12 hours later) I get an email they only have 1 of the 8 I ordered an they were substituting another product. I didn't want a substitution. Also the only one they have now costs 25% more! I call customer support which is completely useless. They can't get me what I ordered or do anything but tell me my items are out of stock! You didn't know that last night? Someone bought 7 of an uncommon chocolate last night? You can't get the product to me some how? NOPE, is the answer. My answer stop shopping at Jewel!

What employees where dark blue jacket and cap cause the parked at front space. Black Subaru 4 door black male.
Friendly to other person chatting it up as waiting for approval. Friendly attitude stopped as she approached. Explained and seemed surprised. I saw on screen after accepting weight. Then says it didn’t scan. Maybe cause it needed the approval to keep on ticket although as waiting I had already paid with Apple pay. Listening to, understanding and proper human communication goes a long way.

Sandy S., the pharmacy tech, really helped my dad, who is on a fixed income. An insurance mishap caused him to be charged for a medication (no one's fault of course). After speaking to a pharmacist the day before, we walked away feeling like the only option was to pay the complete bill. However, the next morning, Sandy took her time to further figure out why. As she was doing this, my husband and I felt uncomfortable about how the pharmacist on duty was talking to Sandy. When she asked questions, her responses were extremely unprofessional, both in words and tone. However, Sandy still did her job. She ended up finding an $80 discount that we could apply to my father's medicine. She said that it is always avaliable to all of the pharmacists, so it seems like the night before the pharmacist did not even attempt to do it.
I'm so grateful for pharmacists that truly care about their customers. I hope that the other pharmacists can follow in her footsteps. She may be a tech, but she clearly cares for the patients, not just the business and saving time.

Pharmacy staff of 3 ignored me while I was waiting at the counter. Bugs in the donut cabinet. Bagger put my cupcakes in the bag sideways and all of the frosting slid off because they all turned on their sides!!

me and my boyfriend decided to take wine. why do we both have to show ID? One of us has to run to the car to get the documents. and see the seller’s suspicious glances on you. Unprofessional!
