Waited nearly an hour for flu shots (with appointment) in September and waited 30+ minutes today for covid shots, also with appointment. Long line for prescription pick ups as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they are understaffed and need extra team members!

They answer phone and put you on hold. Then it goes to a voicemail after waiting 10 minutes and you can’t even leave a message.

I have for years used Walgreens due to insurance. Recently, my insurance changed and Osco Drug was recommended due to a better price. However, I have found that Osco has been careless filling my prescriptions. As an example, they mixed together in one prescription bottle, medication from two different manufacturers without explanation. It was the same medication however one was a large pill and others were very small. I was to take 1 and 1/2 pills per night but due to carelessness on the part of Osco, I was taking a double dose of medication. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I went back to Osco and was told by another pharmacist that normally they would put the two different medications from different manufacturers in different bottles. Well, not this time! Be careful if you use Osco Drug. I never had such a problem at Walgreens.

The pharmacist ( Cheryl) at this location is very rude. She seemed annoyed by any questions asked. I know it's busy at times, but good customer service is important!

Unfortunately I needed to actually talk to the pharmacy staff regarding a prescription. I have been calling for a week now (6 + times a day) So far I have been unable to reach anyone. The phone either rings until it goes to voice mail (message tells you to call back and try again) or they answer and put me on hold and never come back. What I once thought was a convenient pharmacy because I shop there, no longer is. I will transfer to Walgreens on Steeple Run and happily move on.

Went to get a covid 19 booster @ 9:30am today. Mine was quick. Now my husband is here for 10:30 appt and it’s chaotic! Feel sorry for the pharmacist only has one tech with her. Apparently you can just walk in. Go ahead of people with appointments. What’s that point. Of appointments???????

Super slow. Pharmacist talks too much together instead of focus working and give a good service to customers. Just wait for more than 45 mins to get medicine. This is not normal.

Helpful staff. Bright and clean store. Energetic pharmacy staff. Great produce. The store manager always seems to be there. Best Jewel in town.

Super slow filling prescriptions, also now they are very understaffed so you have to wait in line for 10+ min to pick up your medicine. Not worth it, not coming here anymore.

Used to work here as a grocery store bagger in the cashier aisle many years ago. Terrible place to work. Pay was only $8.45/hourly. Only allowed 15 minutes breaks every 4 hours. Managers were micro-managing and regularly used a rough tone. Especially the Assistant Store Director at that time, Kitty.
