They lost a customer today. Only reason I used to shop here was I knew where everything was. Today they embarked on moving everything in the store. Could not find what I needed. And I noticed selection of goods is greatly reduced. I haven’t seen anything like this since Covid lockdowns. No reason for me to ever return. I’ll learn a new store with better prices and more product options!

Jewel has the absolute worst customer service of any grocery store chain. Across the board.

Today was the first time I had been placed on hold for 30 minutes or longer that happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I called today to get a script filled and it's pretty obvious I have a cold. The woman with whom I spoke continuesouly asked me if I could be louder, granted she was having issues with the phone, but no...I can't be louder, I'm already straining my voice to speak to you. I'm done, I'll find somewhere else

The pharmacist, Siprian, should undergo customer service and sensitivity training. He does not advocate for patients and does not care to provide quality care or service.

I love this Hometown Pharmacy! For over 17 years, all the pharmacy staff have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Thank you! Especially Joe and Sandy! My mother lived locally for 16 years and even though she moved and it is a longer drive from her new home to this pharmacy, we still come to Joe! Joe is always able to answer our questions and secure the best price. Joe will always be our pharmacist and the Jewel-Osco at 1755 West Ogden, in Naperville will always be our Hometown Pharmacy. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was a child and haven’t had any problems in 25 years, until this past year. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. First, I get put on hold for over 40 minutes before I am forced to hang up and call back. Dominique answers rudely and proceeds to tell me she can’t find any prescriptions on hold for me, so I call my doctor’s office who lets me know that on September 2nd they called these medications in and they absolutely are on hold until December 17th. I call the pharmacy back and Dominique answers again and I explain the situation and asked her to conference call in the doctors office and she puts me on hold and never comes back to the line again. I call my doctor’s office back AGAIN and the receptionist tells me she’ll call The pharmacy. She calls me back an hour and a half later letting me know she was put on an HOUR AND 20 MINUTE hold and nobody came back to the line so she had to hang up. I still don’t have my medication nor any way to get a hold of someone who knows what they’re doing at this pharmacy. I can deal with rude staff as it doesn’t really bother me having worked in customer service before BUT you are dealing with peoples MEDICATION and HEALTH. You have an obligation to do better than this. I just need my medications and this has now taken up 4 hours of my work day (and ongoing as nothing has been resolved). This is truly unacceptable. I really need my medication and then I will gladly make this my last trip to this pharmacy ever again.

Literally just watched two Jewel-Osco employees follow a black male, bundled up due to cold weather, around the grocery store and then post up at the exit until he cashed out.

Get new staff, terrible service from parking lot to deli to checkout. Went today and was very disappointed, not going back. We need some competition in area. If you get Rachel as your checkout person, MOVE TO ANOTHER LINE.
