Purchased defender here precovid. Great place at the time. Fair and honest. Just tried to trade in a few vehicles towards another defender, they are trying to steal people's trades. They literally offered -6000 less than Carvana did on our 4700 mile only, straight forward Hyndai vehicle. 10000 dollars less than on our other bmw trade. No loyalty here anymore.

The car I purchased was beautiful, the sales experience was great until the next day the brake light came on and I've been waiting over two weeks for them to repair it. I've texted the sales guy Mike he responds sometimes. I had to call myself to see have my parts come in and to my surprise they are in and no one called me. spoke to Mike told him the parts had come in and i'm still waiting on him to tell me when the concierge service is going to pick up my car so it can be repaired. I'm getting frustrated because I travel back and forth with a baby everyday and I don't have time to keep waiting for my breaks to be repaired and I was just in an accident 2 months prior.

My Range Rover was serviced and I picked it up in January I am having issues again and had it towed there on 3/7/23. 2 WEEKS LATER 3/20/23 and still no response back from anyone regarding my vehicle. This is unacceptable on all levels. I left several VMs and 2 weeks later nothing. I have been on hold for over 6 minutes each time only to be transferred to a VM (I have recorded this as proof because it's hard to believe!!!) How is this acceptable!!!!

We absolutely loved dealing with Patrick Jaguar. They are not gouging the customer over MSRP like other dealerships. We ordered a Range Rover and it came in earlier than expected. Our sales person, Tyler, was the best to deal with.

Wish I could give zero stars...I ordered a car from them on February 28 2022. The car came in this week and I was told for four different reasons why I was not allowed to buy it. None of the reasons were true. I also talked to three different sales managers in the process. I was told by an inside source that they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle after I put down a $3000 deposit because they could sell the vehicle for much more. This is unacceptable. Furthermore the car was actually for sale before they gave me my deposit back. Literally the day they told meIt was at the dealership. See below the pictures that show the vehicle in the lot and the vehicle online for sale prior to me even getting my deposit back. Unscrupulous business practices to say the least. And I am a individual that has bought two cars from them. Never again!Btw my sales team Roy, Bill, and finally Joe.

Five star service based solely on my services today with Ernesto Bonilla. I felt welcome and taken care immediately. The services I needed were explained thoroughly and taken care of in a reasonable time frame. The video I received from the technician Sean that serviced my vehicle was a great behind the scenes tool that was much appreciated. My expectations were met and exceeded.
