Was at the Naperville J.Jill today and had a wonderful experience! I now regret not getting the name of the person that helped me. She was cheerful, and friendly and so genuine! Besides helping me with a purchase in the store, she placed an online order for me. This is now my go-to store in Naperville!

I had to return an online order, and Sharon was so helpful! She reordered the item in a different size and had it shipped to my home. I will definitely be returning to the J.Jill store in Naperville..due to Sharon's help!!
