I was looking for a workout that was just different and push me out of my comfort zone. I am not someone that had a history of working out and making it a part of my routine. J-fit changes that. She is full of energy and positivity, the ambiance she creates is contagious. I now look forward to working out and because each day is different I do not get bored or look at my watch while I’m there. Highly recommend.

My favorite part of the day is getting to work out with Jen! She is so encouraging and makes every work out different and fun!!! All of her classes are high energy and there are always modifications! If you haven’t tried one of her classes I would highly recommend it !!!

I absolutely think Jen at J-Fitnapervilke is an excellent coach with lots of enthusiasm and encouragement. Her energy is contagious and she is always willing to help and be there for you! The workout will have you in shape if you commit. I'm addicted to her and her workouts. They are game changing for me. Everyone should try a free zoom class!

This is the best workout I've ever done. Jen knows how to get results and her classes are fun and challenging for every level of fitness. She is so warm and welcoming and I always look forward to going. And it doesn't hurt that she is truly the most fit person I have ever met. You will NOT regret trying her class!!!

Jen is amazing at what she does. She keeps me on track and targets the areas I need! I saw a ton of improvement in a short period of time. Most of all, she’s a great person too. I enjoy every session.

She is an awesome person and the best coach ever! She pushes you but understands where you are at physically too! I really love working out with her and after only 3 classes I feel my strength coming back. I highly recommend to everyone looking for somewhere to workout with a great coach and a friendly atmosphere with encouraging other fitness friends.

So I *finally* caved and signed up for a class with J-Fit! I. Hate. Working. Out. So there. That says a lot. I will kayak, paddle board, and yoga, but that's about it. I woke up this morning wondering why the heck I signed up for this and halfheartedly threw on some workout clothes, grabbed a water bottle, and drove over to Nike Park. Jen is so friendly, as well as the small group that was there, and it lightened my mood as we started with some basic cardio. My hair kept on falling out of the tie and I found myself putting it back up while jogging. Normally, I would take a five minute break to fix my hair... Yeah, I was that kid in gym class. Jen has an amazing "mat-side" manner. She is encouraging with a kind voice - as opposed to the barking, military-like encouragement you receive from some places. Her kind and gentle encouragement actually made me want to work harder! Who knew?! During interval training, when I took a rest or modified something to accommodate my wrists, she didn't push me, rather, she quickly gave me an alternative move to do. For that, I am so thankful. I've left workouts with trainers and gyms feeling defeated because I couldn't complete something or because I didn't have their version of "proper form," something that has discouraged me from ever going back to a gym or class. I left Jen's workout feeling like I not only could do this, but that I *wanted* to do this! So. From someone who isn't quite motivated to workout at home, doesn't like going to the gym, doesn't want a personal trainer (it's too much attention for me!), thinks CrossFit is too hardcore, and gets out of breath walking up the stairs, BUT wants to get into shape, I give J-Fit classes a 5/5. Ps. I'd post a picture, but no. Hahahahahaha
