The organization that I represent, is looking to make an investment in office furnishing for our newest office. When I contacted the Naperville office, the receptionist told me that she was having a difficult time hearing me and abruptly hung up. I tried to call back from three different lines and still she seemed to have a hard time hearing me; unfortunately she was quite short with me and hung up the phone on the three occasions. I was hoping someone would at lease give me a call back to further discuss business? That has not happened. Our organization has done business with Interior Investments in the past; I have tried to contact the corporate office but have difficulty finding a phone number online. As a business manager, I cannot afford to lose any potential sale and our receptionist is our first line of defense. I at least would expect some professional courtesy on the phone and hopefully a return call. Hopefully, the manager on duty can give me contact info for someone who can assist us.
