Very pleased with the excellent customer service at this Naperville location. My Samsung Galaxy S22 had a loose charging port. No matter which cable I inserted, they all came loose. Though his location is not nearby, I pass it often to a job site and after reading many good reviews, I decided to giver it a try. The technician was very courteous (forgot his name). If I could wait 15-20 minutes, he would let me know if the USB C connector could be fixed (loose solder connection) or needed to be replaced. He took it apart and found the retaining clip out of alignment, fixed it on the spot and charged me the $85 for his service. He could have claimed it required a new connector, order it, and charge me far more. I would not have know any better. Instead he performed professional service and charged the lower going rate. And it connects perfectly and charges very well again. Technical expertise, honesty, courteous customer service. I will refer this location to family and friends. John Lorens

I bought a cell phone charging block from this place, got a receipt, and was told by the guy that I could return for a full refund with no issues if it did not work for my phone. Turns out it did not work with my phone, so I decided I needed to return it. I brought the charging block in it's original packaging with the receipt back to this place for a refund, and the same guy who sold it to me said to me that he could not give me ANY refund for the item, which contradicted what he just told me the day before. I didn't back down and presented my case to him for a full refund, of which he then gave me a refund but only for half the amount of what I paid for the item. I walked out upset that he kept half my money and gave some whack excuse of why he couldn't give me a full refund. This was my 1st and last time ever going to this place, they have lost my trust.

I highly recommend this location! I was able to call and reach someone quickly and they confirmed they had a screen in stock that I needed to be replaced on my phone ASAP. I was able to get in that day and within an hour I was leaving with a beautiful new screen, which many other locations did not have in stock. The staff (BJ is who I worked with) there was friendly, professional, helpful and wonderful!!!

Took my LG Stylo 6 because the camera lens was cracked badly. They told me they would know if the camera needed to be replaced or just the lens only once they were in there. They just replaced the lens. They were really honest. I would definitely recommend IL Cell Phone Repair to all my family and friends.

These guys are great. Called several differentStores to fix the back of my sons iPhone x. It was cracked in several places. They got the phone repaired same day and cheaper than almost everywhere else I called. The phone look brand new again. I recommend Illinois cell repair for all device repairs.
