Tons of items to see if you are looking for home decor. I don't purchase decor just for the sake of decor as my taste is minimalistic but if you are looking for items at a good price point you'll appreciate Home Goods.

Can have more diversity of shops. Parking is crammed for mid west standards. Difficult to maneuver big cars.

I always enjoy wandering and checking things out here, even when I don't have a specific goal in mind; I often find things that I need but always forget about, and for a great deal as well. The store is pretty well organized, which I have found isn't always the case at a HomeGoods. Parking lot can get a little busy, as it is next to a Whole Foods as well.

Alessandra was at the cash register today this holiday weekend and is a lovely lady. The sculpture I bought was somewhat chipped, but I didn’t mind. She insisted she get me a better one and she found the last perfect statue for me somewhere in the back.Thank you for going above and beyond Alessandra! It’s the little things that count ❤️

I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service we have received at the time of checking out. The person behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and was completely uninterested in doing our transaction. We thanked her for helping us but she ignored us and didn’t even bother handing us our bags. I had to reach over the counter to grab them. Extremely disappointed and upset by this behavior.

Terrible store with terrible customer service. One way communication and store assistant just don’t understand the situation. Goods on display are mostly damaged - think about the goods you leave with then for hold. Shocking facility
