If you hired a better front desk you’d be able to keep patients you’ve had since Dr. Millar
My mother and I have been coming to you guys since I was basically old enough to go to the doctor. Every time I call now it’s guerrilla warfare to accomplish the most minuscule of tasks
I do have a great love and appreciation for Amy & Rosner but the front desk is the exact opposite.
It’s no longer worth it to deal with negatives. So I am leaving after being with you guys for literally decades
Like all things in life you get what you pay for…
So hopefully my family leaving your practice can be the martyrs that ignite the catalyst for change
I sincerely believe Dr. Millar would be turning in his grave if we knew what his practice has now become ?♂️
Which is truly sad cuz you have the best doctors … just the worst front desk. So we are gone. So long

I personally had a excellent experience! Great front staff which felt very welcoming as a new patient there! Everything went smooth as well.

There is a two tier patient system here you are segregated into different waiting rooms. The front office staff is very poor and understaffed, you will always be on hold for up to ten minutes in my experience. The website payment system doesn't work on a iPhone, only PC's and should be updated.

I have been a part of Hobson Meadows Family for over 10 years. The Doctors, Staff and service are excellent. They are my second family. Great Practice! Great Service! Great People!

I can’t say enough about this office and the help I’ve received from Amy Reeb over the years. Every time I came into the office I was always greeted with a smile and never waited too long to be seen. I was always happy to see Amy because it felt like I was catching up with a friend. She would express genuine concern to my medical needs and always made me feel comfortable. I wish I could keep coming to this office but I’ve since moved out of state. Amy is worth the 8hr drive though! Thank you Hobson meadows for being an amazing office with the best staff.

Well, I gotta say, I love my doctor's office...1st class all around, from the front desk to John Paul and Dr.Rozner, they are the best! The relationship I was able to develop with this medical staff, 2nd to none, always made me feel as if I was the most important patient. Always Attentive and listen to my needs, I'm truly blessed to have this staff for my family...

This place is a zoo. They hire idiots as long as they speak Spanish and pay right above minimum wage. Dr. Rozner is not personable or compassionate. You will always be put on hold and seen by a NO or PA. Only patients who pay $1650 a year get to see Dr. Rozner.

I'm exhausted of the front office staff. They must of got an "A" in how to make a person who walks in uncomfortable. They should NOT be your 1st person of contact, phone or other. And if you have a question and leave it with them, you can guarantee you will not get an answer.

The front office staff is rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. Not one person has a half way descent smile, all mean mugging and makes the patient feel super uncomfortable. Leaving any type of request with the front office is a sure way NOT to have an answer. Customer service is not their strong suit. They should not be greeting people or answering phones.

I followed my nurse practitioner Amy Reeb from Dr Millars practice thus I have been with her for years. I have found her to be attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I have a complex set of medical ailments. Amy Reeb accepts the records from my multiple specialist and creates a helpful way to balance these ailments. My entire family trust Amy with their care. I am a nurse so very much appreciate Amy's medical understanding. I highly recommend Hobson Meadows Family Practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Rozner for 25 years now. I first saw him at 10 years old when my family moved from Pittsburgh to Naperville. I now live in Tampa, but have kept Dr. Rozner as my family physician because he is thorough, caring, knowledgeable, and everything a person hopes for from their doctor. Thanks for everything Dr. Rozner and Hobson Meadows!

Excellent care received at Hobson Meadows, especially from Amy Reeb, NP. I have been with this practice and Amy for 15 years and prior to her office merge with the passing of our beloved Dr. Millar. Amy provides care-with-a-smile along with courteous and friendly service. Her passion is evident in her kind, genuine demeanor. I much prefer a private-practice vs. the large clinics due to the personable service received at Hobson Meadows. I highly recommend Amy Reeb if you’re looking for someone you can confidently trust and if you too seek one-on-one care from your medical professionals.

John Paul is amazing! I’ve not had great luck with the other docs there but he is attentive and personable. Great listener and I always feel validated. Goes above and beyond. Some of the front desk people could be friendlier.

Don’t expect them to get your appointments correct. My husband scheduled 3 different appointments and the front desk assistant messed each one up. Even though I explained he’s a veteran and needed someone he could trust to go to. It shows lack of empathy and how you mess up 3 appointments is beyond me. What a let down. Honestly so hard to find a dr. I’ll never go back. Wouldn’t recommend.
