They came out to give estimate on some repairs and said they would send estimate. Week later I contacted them for estimate. Was told couple days. Contacted them again and no response. Weeks later no estimate.

HI-5 Roofing came out to my house and gave me a estimate. I called them back went over concerns and added some up grades to the project and it turned out very nice. Their crew of installers came out they were very polite and respectful. They put up the new roof super fast. When it was all done they went around the house cleaned up all the mess and walked around with a magnet to get all the nails up. I would recommend them in a heart beat.Services: Attic venting installation

We had a great experience with our roof installation. The whole process was done in a extremely professional manner . Seth the sales manager did a great job explaining the process. The price was very competitive and the warranty was unmatched by others. Highly ethical and professional management and crew. Always responded to our questions in a timely manner. HI5 was a great company to work with from the initial contact to the follow up. I requested an estimate and **** was great, he climbed up on the roof and inspected and took pictures. He explained every need along with pictures to show me what needed to be done. The quoted price was very competitive with other estimates I got. They were able to promise to get the roof done more quickly than other companies so we went with them. Installation was well done in one day, a member of the crew let me know what they found as far as needs for new plywood and also that an item we thought needed to be replaced really did not need to be, so saved me 450 dollars on the job. AS other reviews have noted they were very efficient, and made sure the job site was cleaned up after the work was done. they were also responsive to an out of the ordinary request for help in replacing shutters by sending another guy out the next day to take care of that. Overall i really was impressed by the responsiveness to customer requests. I would highly recommend HI5 for any roof work you need

HI 5 did a great job replacing my roof shingles. The crew showed up on time, covered all landscaping, cleaned up and made sure there were no nails or debris left anywhere. **** stopped by to inspect the job before final payment. We were very pleased with the entire process.

HI-5 came out and did a partial roof installation, was able to match the color perfect! From the estimate to the installation everything went smoothly. The partial install took less than a day, however, you can see the quality and care this company puts into their work. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, you would have never known there was a roof install done. The price was more than fair, will recommend to everyone I know!Service: Roof repair

We had a great experience working with Hi-5. Met with Nick who showed up on time for the estimate and was very personable. The work was scheduled pretty quickly and was completed within two weeks. There were a few small things that needed to be corrected after the initial install and they were all taken care of. Luis was also very responsive and made sure all of my needs were met.
