Great service. Technician (Reese) showed up on time, looked presentable and made sure to put covers on his shoes before going on carpet. Everything was explained clearly and he didn’t try to upsell me. Highly recommended and trustworthy HVAC company!

We have used this company in replacing our A/C, Furnace, thermostat, hot water tank, LVT in our hall and 2 bathrooms and replacement of 2 toilets.
They are very professional, friendly, always on time, great craftsmen and have always taken time to answer our questions!

I had no heat when I got home on a Friday night. I called and someone came up at night. It wasn’t able to get fixed. It was very cold out. They brought me a couple space heaters until they could get the part. Great customer service!

Daniel was amazing! I couldn’t be happier. He did a furnace and humidifier tune up and took time to explain everything he did and made sure I understood how to use everything. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to keep everything in good shape. Highly recommend Harmonic and Daniel.

Our furnace went out and a Harmonic representative was at our house within a few hours. A part was replaced (under warranty) and the furnace was back operating before the house temperatures dropped very far. Great job. Highly recommended!
