Got there at 8:50 and store was supposed to open at 9. Girl opened the salon at 9:15. I was first in line with two other guys waiting behind me. They'd checked in online, so she was going to take them first. Annoying, but ok. Then, a little bit later, another guy comes in who'd checked in online, and she was taking him before me, too! I walked out. Ridiculous that I waited 45 min to NOT get a haircut & who knows when she would've taken me. (this happened to my husband and I was there)

My regular barber wasn't available to take care of me, so I thought I would take matters into my own hands... Huge mistake! This was an emergency! I popped in to this Great Clips location for help. After a warm welcome, Katie quickly got me in the chair and worked some MAGIC! She did a superb job! The shop was very clean and the overall experience was great! No pun intended! I highly recommend this location! Thank you Katie and Great Clips!

The manager Liz cut my hair. My haircut looks great. She recommended some hair product for hair thinning, but was very gentle in the process.
