Very unprofessional! Since I decided to bring my own parts, service writer decided to not tell me of other issues they found on my car, but yet said on the receipt that I denied the repair when I did not. Very expensive also, since I brought my own parts they charged me more per hour, and since it took them longer than book time they then called me and said it would cost $150 more for the labor only. I understand the removal of the axle shaft was difficult, but after seeing the old axle shaft I have to inspect my car for other possible damage caused due to the removal process.I am very disappointed with the service I got from the North Aurora Ave. Acorn tire.I would only trust them for tire installation and front end alignment.Update:I have since looked at the motor mount that was torn and saw the damage on the mount caused by the replacement of the axle.I will not return to Acorn tire for any further work and I will advise anyone I know not to go there.

My wife and I drive an hour to have our vehicles serviced here. Price is always fair, service is first rate, friendly customer service and if we have any problems we can count on them to fix it.

Horrible business ‼️‼️‼️ Originally began coming years ago when there was an incredible store manager. However now I am not sure what has happened. Came in for an oil pressure issue and was told it was a sensor then a PCV value. Never ran a diagnostic but said that was the issue. That was not! After paying 539 dollars I had to come back after a week and now you want to run a diagnostic ⁉️⁉️⁉️ Not to mention the brakes were done in April and have been screeching ever since. Needless to say I will be contacting the BBB. Poor business.

I took my car in for an oil change on Thursday. When the work was finished I was told that I need new shocks, new tires, and an alignment. Ok. I will call next week to schedule service. Monday morning, I noticed a large lump in the floorboard of the backseat behind the driver seat. Took it directly back to the shop and talked to the manager. I opened the back door, he looked in "we didn't do that." "Maybe you hit a rock." Took my car to a different shop for an opinion, and was told it for sure looks like damage from the lift. I can't prove they damaged my car, and after having the earlier conversation I knew there would be no middle ground. I took my 4 year old vehicle to the dealership and traded it off. Word of advice, carefully inspect your vehicle BEFORE and AFTER service. A lesson I have just learned the hard way.

I have taken my car to Acorn Tire for years now. Prices are fair and work is always done in a timely manner. I am happy with the work they do plus they even had pick up service for my car when I needed it . Professional and efficient service with friendly staff. Definitely recommend them .

Thought I needed a new tire. Slow to medium leak and what looked like wear on the outside of the tire. I spoke on the phone with Andre to order a new tire. It was there the same afternoon. Worth noting that he was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived for my tire change.I was greeted by friendly staff members. Upon inspection of my tire, a piece of glass was found. Andre said it could be easily patched and what looked like wear on the tire was from me driving on it, low on air. It was cosmetic only. This showed me the integrity of this business. They could have sold me the tire for much more than the patch. This will be my place going forward. Tell your friends! ?

40 bucks to repair a flat. Outrageous.

Fixed the decal and a flat tire in only a couple hours for $30 total on a busy workday. I also needed my windshield wipers replaced and they said I could probably get them cheaper at Walmart. Super trustworthy, very honest and kind :)

I was about to buy new tires with life time warranty alignment from this place. But after I really saw all the condition and term. I find out it was kind scamming business. The guy showed "some screws that the car may need", the cost is very pricey. So if they want, they can easily excuse to not do the alignment. Unless you pay for the "screws and labor work".So at the end it can sound nice but not trueNo wandering why they have so bad reviews.

I was very satisfied with my experience buying a set of tires at Goodyear Naperville West. Matt ( the store manager) answered all my questions, showed the tire he highly recommended, and the service crew finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this Goodyear service station.

Tried to rip me off. They wanted $2000 for a repair. I got a second opinion and they wanted under $400. Avoid at any cost.
