The worst doctors office. Never calls patients back to make appointments when slightly urgent, denies refill prescriptions for mental health and depression and anxiety and harasses patients for money with constant bills. I usually pay in office when I go to my appointments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Awful. I have never seen the doc in 2years of going, but the business itself is a disgrace. During these times to be taking advantage of people is awful. i had an appointment that was rescheduled because the doctor was sick. I was fine with that, but the day they rescheduled me to was the morning of a sleep study I was having. I let them know about this. I cam straight there and was 10 minutes late, the receptionist was on the phone declining another patient that was 10 minutes late, when she hung up I was 11 minutes late I have photo proof I was in the office 10 minutes after my time. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me that I was not able to see the doctor because of a new policy, even though the office was empty. They attempted to charge me and make me reschedule. Mind you, i have never even had the privilege of seeing the doctor after 2 years. is there even a doctor in this office? . I would love to know the truth about that. If anybody from management would like to speak with me, feel free to reach out. I will not come back, ever, but would be glad to show the photo of your office when i arrived within 10 minutes of my appointment. I would also be happy to share my sleep study date and time as I told you I had when I scheduled this appointment. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for this ridiculous policy. My new doctor was speechless when he heard about your new policy.

These guys are just here to make money I would give 0 stars to this practise . I will be taking my family somewhere else and have people go some where else . I dropped my wallet and I got late by 15 mins and I gave them a reason I would have lost my wallet but looks like they are not adjustable and would Charge me 75$ for a no show , even though I showed up but 15 mins late and now I have spend time disputing this charge with the manager I was told . If the doctor makes you wait 15 mins and waits your time which I had experienced with them thats fine but , we don't have that flexibility .

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Opalka and nurse Becky ever since I was little — I believe I’ve been a patient for 13+ years this year. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my healthcare! Hoping I can continue to be a patient even after I have to get on my own health insurance (still on my mom’s). They have always been able to help me no matter the issue, and you can tell they got into this business for the right reasons — they care about their patients.

To clarify, if you take maintenance medication and can leisurely schedule an office visit 4 months in advance, then you might be a fit for Generations Family Medicine. However, if you fall ill or have a surge in symptoms, then you will need to go to an Urgent Care clinic elsewhere. I am deeply disappointed.

Dr. Opalka and Becky, her PA, are exemplary women. You will never feel like an afterthought, a number, or like you are being given “the bum’s rush” with this practice. I have had nothing but superb care for my entire being, not just my body. I appreciate them, admire and respect them as part of my caregiving team.

I've been going here for at least 12 years and you can't find a better practice. Dr. Becky helps me every time I go in. Her worth is beyond measure. The entire staff is wonderful.

I can always count on Generations Family Medicine to help me sort out any medical issues I run into especially around the Holidays during my coaching season. As a teacher and coach I always appreciate them getting me in right away so I can get the treatment I need. Great staff and great service always. I have been a patient there for 8 years.

I've been going to this medical practice for years. I can't say enough about how truly kind Becky, Nurse Practitioner who is my primary provider and Dr Opelka are. The office staff is great, the office is so comfortable and inviting, it puts a nervous person at ease. You will not be sorry switching over to this medical practice, I just love these two women!

My family & I have been with Dr. Opalka & Becky for 16 years. We have followed them through 3 locations. I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful they both are. Kind & caring. Personable & knowledgeable. We've recommended them to many others, and all have reported similar positive experiences. Occasionally, there is an extended wait. I think of it as a trade off because I have NEVER felt rushed or unable to have all my questions answered.

I've been going here for years. Becky always makes me feel at ease and they are careful and thoughtful during the full exam.

Made an appointment and sat in the office for 40 minutes over my lunch break. Was late back to work. Made it very, very clear that I had to be back to work. Not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed, and very upset. I usually have to take a full day off for a 15-20 min appointment. This is ridiculous.

I just had a new patient exam and I could not have been happier. Everyone was lovely, the office was neat and clean, and I was seen in a very timely manner. Becky, the nurse practitioner took care of me and was very thorough, taking time to know me and my family history. Being a small town girl new to the area, it was very refreshing meeting a true family practice in a new world of medical groups where you never know if you'll see the same Doctor twice. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to others and will also do so to my friends and family.
