We purchased 5 ceiling fans recently fromGalleria lighting. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, they have a very large selection and were patient and very helpful while we decided which fans would work best for the different rooms.We had trouble with one or the fans and they stood behind their products, came out free of charge diagnosed the problem and installed and replacement fan free of charge. We are HIGHLY Satisfied with the products and customer service at Galleria. We will definitely be back for other lighting as we tackle various projects at our house.

Great inventory and prices. We have bought many fixtures from them. Just had an issue with a globe in a pendant light in the kitchen and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend Galleria Lighting.

Was in the process of building a house and needing 5 fans and some light fixtures that matched. Friendly staff helped my wife and I out, picked 3 different sizes of fans that all matched and went with these matching light fixtures. With their help I was also able to go with a light fixture that had a rod instead of a chain, which I preferred. I’ll be back once I switch out some other light fixtures!

First impressions are everything and my first of this business was lackluster. Tried to find replacement monorail light and man behind counter couldn't show more disinterest and unwillingness to help. I didn't know the brand which is why I was there. Only suggestion was to take apart the base. That's it. Not very customer service savvy and mildly infuriating. Would rather look online then try to support local business and deal with such apathy. If Galleria would like tips on customer service and building a business, feel free to respond. I have 20 years experience dealing with difficult customers. If not, no worries, but I don't see the business lasting.

Came here years ago and was able to choose our lights from a large selection. Decided to shop here again for a bathroom vanity light. Lauren, the associate, was really kind & helpful, working with us to choose a light fixture. Really nice person.Unfortunately what gets me, as an African American man, is the constant "observation" I get in many establishments. As a retired Police Officer I'm very observant, so I quickly noticed, that as I moved throughout the store there was an elderly Caucasian women, w/ short white hair, who was always, "Present" in proximity with my movements throughout the store, a pretense to arranging an item, while glancing in my direction, not others in the store, unfortunately, just me.People talk about mental illness effecting how they function , I would like to tell them about the stress and anxiety I feel when I'm in a store, (or in public, when "she" cautiously secures her purse when I'm nearby) and I'm under surveillance and suspicion, b/c of my skin color.When it happens, it's such a disappointing feeling.Please try to distinguish, if u can, the difference between a middle aged, middle class man (b/c I'm shopping at this store and not Walmart) and between someone who is noticeably in your store, with bad intentions. Maybe that doesn't matter and it's only about "color". I felt very uncomfortable w this visit and btw, that women, she is a bad theft prevention person!I will be "uncomfortable" returning here.

Awesome place! Very helpful! Bought lighting at a great price. Selection is incredible. Went in for advice for bulbs and the gentleman was very helpful and took his time with me because it is so confusing with all of the different types of lighting. I didn't want my bathroom vanity area to look yellow with certain bulbs but I was having a problem with it being too bright when I would go on the higher Kelvin scale. He was a great help.

We replaced all of our builder lights with the vast selections at Galleria Lighting. Everyone we worked with was accommodating and helpful as we narrowed down our choices. A+ on services. Additionally, there is a Super lovely clothing boutique on site.

God I hate this place. Have spent well over 500 on multiple occasions and will never go back. They're quick to negatively judge and are insanely overpriced.

I randomly stopped in and to my surprise they had all the chandeliers I was looking for! The owner Dan was super helpful and knowledgeable. They also do online price matching. I am planning to purchase all my lighting needs here. Highly recommend Galleria Lighting!
