Very caring and nice employees. We had two family poodles groomed here and they looked so sweet and cute when they came out .you do need to wait for about 4 hours but it is much better than pet smart.

My shitzu mix needs a special hand to shape his face and be groomed properly - he is well taken care of from ears to feet at Gail's Groomerie and always looks fantastic. The front desk staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. Scheduling on line is easy and efficient. I would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have had great luck at Gail's getting a lion cut for our sweet kitty. Very friendly and professional staff and they always do a great job!

I was extremely impressed with our groomer! I didn’t catch a name, but she was excellent with our 6 month old golden doodle. We received a call halfway through our service saying our boy was extremely nervous having multiple episodes of diarrhea, and in turn requiring multiple baths. At that point I 100% assumed his first complete shave would be a bust and we would more than likely not get what we wanted out of his haircut. When we picked him up, he looked incredible! Just what we had asked for upon drop off, and the groomer was extremely kind and informative on what to do for his next groom. We will 100% be back!

I recently had an extraordinary experience at Gail's Groomerie that I believe deserves recognition and praise, especially in light of a less-than-ideal situation I encountered elsewhere.I initially took my elderly dog to another grooming establishment, where things didn't go as planned. My beloved canine companion was visibly uncomfortable around other dogs, and the staff there didn't quite understand or accommodate our situation. Despite my concerns, they suggested muzzling my 15-year-old dog, a step I refused given her age and inexperience with muzzles.In a stroke of good fortune, I found my way to Gail's Groomerie, and the contrast in service was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this was a place where compassion and empathy for pets and their owners took center stage. The staff at Gail's Groomerie not only understood my concerns but also went above and beyond to ensure my dog's comfort and safety.They took the time to listen to my situation and accommodated my dog's needs by trimming her nails in the lobby, away from other dogs. Their understanding and commitment to providing a positive experience for both pets and their owners were truly heartwarming. Gail’s Groomerie does beautiful work!I own a Pet Daycare & Boarding Facility called The Gold Leash Pet Hotel & Daycare and although we do basic grooming, we do not cut hair. So I researched and came across this place to bring my toy poodle, Barbie, and bernadoodle, Dakota. They consistently do a great job and are very patient as Dakota is a rescue with high anxiety and abandonment issues, and they help coordinate with me where I bring him to go straight into the tub and onto the table for his cut, and when they are almost done they call me to go and get him so he never has to be crated as crates are a trigger point for him. I appreciate them so much for this and my babies look beautiful.I tell all my customers to take their doodles there for cuts, I highly recommend.

I’ve never seen anything like it. They have the sweetest staff and they pay so much attention to detail on every pet they receive. I couldn’t find a cat groomer any where in my area and I’m so happy I came across Gail’s groomerie. They were grooming my cats with so much love and my cats were so happy through the process. The hair was cut perfectly and they smell amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We recently found Gail's Groomerie and now have had 4 of our family dogs visit and each time the staff, care and quality cuts have been impressive. It's a welcoming, friendly place and you can easily see their love of animals and the comradery the groomers share. So happy we found them!
