This place might be fine for a quick drive-through wash in a pinch, but definitely avoid it at all costs for any drop-off services or detailing. I’ve had great experiences at other Fuller’s locations, but this one is an absolute scam. I left the car with them for over 4 hours, returned to find it still dirty with just a layer of wax applied right over all the dirt and bugs it arrived with and a bill totaling over $200 - absolutely ridiculous.

If you go, you need to look for Jaime. He takes pride in his job and does a phenomenal job. Very happy every time I leave after he’s taken care of the car. Usually rocking a Fuller’s polo. Rocked a black one today. Tip the man well. It’s worth it.

$10 Tsunami wash, what you'd expect. I don't know why there's 2 guys standing over the entrance, I can order my wash myself. Vacuumed my car afterwards & got strange looks from staff, guess they thought they should do it. No thanks, hands off my stuff.

Terrible service!
The mats were not vacuumed, the seats were dusty, and there were cloth fibers all over my dashboard.
If I could, I’d give 0 stars!

It was hard finding the attendant. I canceled my membership because the hours are 8-5 daily. WHY? If I don’t get off work until 5pm, I guess I will have a dirty car until the weekend but I’m paying for unlimited washes? No thanks!

Don’t recommend. They give you these bath towels that leave a white dust residue. Their car wash also beat the hell out of my drivers side mirror. Also one of the workers there decided to open one of my passenger doors in front of me when I never interacted with him. To offer me a towel when I had already dried my car. Please tell your workers to not touch someone’s car before asking! And to approach the customer first. Not start opening the door. I also didn’t pay for any interior cleaning for him to be opening my car door unprompted. Literally paid for a $20 wash (which includes wheel cleaning)
