I like the products they carry. I come for the produce mainly but now they changed it around. The organic is mixed in with the conventIonal produce. I was trying to buy apples and the regular ones were mixed with organic. I don’t like shopping like this. It was better when it was separated. If I have to put effort into digging through a pile of apples for what I am looking for, I will pass.

They speak to you, nice and helpful.
Produce staff member, think his name was Daniel, asked if I needed help finding something, which I did. At the self checkout, staff said “have a good day”. Good customer service goes a long way. Thanks & keep up the good work!

IMO, this place is just a Modern Day ’WHITE HEN PANTRY’, with very high convenient Store Prices $$$. Although I do enjoy some of their products like their 100% pure Avocado Oil ❤️ , their Watermelon and Pineapple fruits are great, Only if you can find a good Expiration Date!! Their Avocados ? are pretty good too. As far as the Employees? Well ?, let’s just say, I think the New Generation of Workers are overwhelmed, so I tend to be more resourceful in these present times! I tend to view employee’s just as employees. They’re not my Priest. Nuff-Said. ?

The worse store to every work or store . They don’t care about customers or the food they give others . Expired things from months on maybe years. Store director very rude , a lot of harassment. Definitely my experience. This store definitely won’t last long .

They don’t take refrigeration and their cold chain seriously. There’s been a fridge door in the back that has not reliably stayed closed for months (I want to say half a year). Certainly long enough to get it fixed. Usually the whole place smells of bad fish (I didn’t notice it today, but in the past it wreaked of it). A few years ago I bought a frozen lasagna and it was moldy along with all the other lasagna on their shelf.
This place no longer has the quality to command the price premium over neighboring groceries and has lost me as a customer.

Clean store, nice employees, great produce, and lots of natural and healthy items. Prices are higher than other grocers.

Extremely poor customer service from the "morbidly obese" boy in the meat department who would not provide the cut and quantity of meat I requested. Very grumpy, disrespectful and overall a disgrace to Fresh Thyme. Under no circumstances will we ever shop there again. And, I will make it a point to let my 1000+ connections know of the disrespectful way we were treated. So yes it will have economic impact on your store.

I infrequently go to this location and unfortunately am consistently disappointed. The sushi is simply a far lower quality than the Geneva location
