If I could give a zero I would. We came in the evening and asked what time are they are open til. The younger girl with the gray hair was extremely rude and unwelcoming, not sure if she was a manger or not. Made me not want to spend a dollar in this store. Really sad that customer service is hard to find these days. Will never shop here. Last year I spent a lot of money at this store and to be treated like that is horrible.

It's my birthday, and though I wanted Italian, being a Monday, my favorite restaurant was closed! But it forced us to try something new nearby on this rainy August evening. And what a wonderful find- great/delicious/large servings antipasto and entrees! It's a cozy restaurant with a bar and Sinatra music piped in. Service was not only friendly, but welcoming, respectful and timely. Ladies restroom is just a single commode, nothing fancy, yet not bare minimum either. You can have a romantic date here, especially sitting at a little table right inside the front window. Jefferson Street in downtown Naperville is so quaint and lovely to add to the overall experience. We'll be going back for sure.

The idea with the menu is right but the food just isn't there. A restaurant of "almosts". The pastas, for example, had the right idea with the ingredients, but way too much pasta and not enough sauce. Everything also needed salt. The caesar salad was just meh. The carbonara was as if someone had read the ingredients to carbonara and just gave it their best guess at assembling it. The appetizers were decent but ALL the entrees need a lot of work, and quite frankly, a proper chef who knows what he's/she's doing.

Doors were locked and employee was looking right at us without acknowledging us. Let me Renise you the store was supposed to be open at 10am. You just lost a customer. And this was my first time trying to shop with this company. I don’t recommend at all!

I was in the store today and overheard a conversation where someone was trying to return something. The lady at the register seemed very unprofessional. I heard the girl asking if she could contact customer service and the cashier said “you can do whatever you want”. I work retails too and I would never talk to a customer like that. There was no shouting but the wording is just weird. I guess beware if you purchase online and return in person?

Charming and quaint. Great menu selection- the pasta fagottaro is a must and save room for dessert!

Authentic Italian food with a great atmosphere. Our server was polite and helpful, and our food overall was good.

This is a charming restaurant. If it's nice outside, I will absolutely choose eating on the sidewalk. When most of the year is grotesquely cold and grey, as soon as it starts getting warm, we're eating outside. End of story. The outdoor eating area is small, but a really lovely area to eat. The last time I ate inside, it was near the bar and facing the television. That's not the least bit charming. I don't allow the TV to be on in my house during dinner and I definitely don't want one on in a restaurant. I have a guest in town and sidewalk dining on a gorgeous day sounded like a great idea. I was right. They loved this place. It didn't disappoint. The complimentary bread was warm and soft. We were starving so it tasted extra good. Loved the whitefish panino. I asked for grilled vegetables on the side instead of fries. A small up-charge, but it was the right choice.Service was very friendly and timely without being annoying and bothersome.

If you're looking for one of the best Italian restaurants in Naperville, THIS IS IT!!! Went on a date night last week for the first time to La Sorella Di Francesca. We were actually running 25 minutes late and I called the restaurant to let them know. They were SO accommodating and had a table ready for us the second we walked in! The service is absolutely impeccable from the moment you're greeted until you leave. They're efficient, kind, considerate, and the absolute sweetest! Every single staff member had a smile on their face and were always so welcoming and warm! The food is just the best Italian I've had in the area. The bread served is so light and soft yet crispy. Lasagna was a perfect blend of sauce, cheese, and herbs! The lasagna was cooked absolutely perfectly and was the perfect size! The lemon sauce chicken was such a delight! The sauce was tangy yet salty and so well seasoned! The chicken was tender and juicy and just went so well with the sauce and the green beans. LOVED IT! The tiramisu was just the the cherry on top... I will say that I'm not a fan of tiramisu but this one stole my heart!!!! It had a layer of chocolate on top which completely CHANGED THE GAME! It was unbelievable! I'm still thinking about it until this day!!!! I cannot wait to go back and take my friends and family with me! 10/10 experience with food, service, and vibes!! If you have yet to go, GO GO GO!!!!

Okay quality - for jewelry. I bought some earrings a few months ago and they started making my ears green. Oh well! They were $20, so definitely not worth the price, but okay.

I typically only write good reviews (see my profile), however, every single time I am in this store, the employees and who I’m assuming is the manager are extremely rude. I order from Francesca’s online frequently, and if something doesn’t fit correctly, I return at this store.. every time I’ve returned something the employees have been really rude. The same older lady is usually in there, I’m assuming she is the manager, and I have heard her gossip about other employees or customers. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I understand people have bad days, however, this has happened a handful of times.

I've lived in the area for over 30 years and have been here a few times in the past. It will be my last. My wife and I went for an early dinner and struggled to find anything on the menu that sounded appealing. The menu is stale and dated, which is probably why two of their sister restaurants have closed. My wife decided to stop after the appetizer but I ventured to order the chicken cutlets. What a muddled mess. The pasta under the cutlets was cold and the cutlets had zero seasoning. I would have enjoyed a McDonalds Chicken sandwich more since at least those are seasoned. As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is slow and our waiter was doubling as a bartender. Great management decision. Our dessert menu was tossed on our table as the waiter walked by and didn't bother to explain any of the desserts. Last week we ate across the street at Mia Gia's and the pasta there was excellent although we wanted a quiter place tonight. There are other Italian places in town with much better food and service for a much lower price. Don't waste your money here.I will say that we always used to go to the sister restaurant on 59 and had no issues there.
