Hi, I have very bad experience with this shop.I went to change oil fluid and front brakes. They charge me over 700$, but I still had noise in my car, little bit less,but I still had. In 3 months I noticed more noise in my car. When other shop checked my car they said that my brake system completely destroyed, and looks like that my brakes wasn’t changed for a years!!!I don’t recommend this shop at all!!!

Unprofessional, appalling customer service at my local Firestone store. I had a 2PM scheduled service appointment for my vehicle prior to leaving for a road trip. I dropped the car off at noon and was told that it would be seen at 2 PM, but they would try to squeeze me in early. I called for a status update at 5:30 PM, 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time, and my vehicle had not even been touched yet. (The store was closing in just over an hour.) I came by shortly afterwards to grab my keys as I needed my vehicle back. I paid for an Uber both ways and was left with a car with zero work done to it after it sat in their lot for 5 and 1/2 hours. Their excuse was that they were waiting for an "open bay." Zero explanation as to why they scheduled me when there were no available openings. Zero calls to update me on the status of my vehicle. Zero effort to make anything right other than a half assed apology and "I got in later in the afternoon." Beyond total, blatant disrespect to their customer base. My time is valuable and I will absolutely not be entrusting it to this store again. I was treated well by Firestone stores on military bases while I was in the service, and this is a major fall for the corporate brand. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am having lost a day without my vehicle with nothing to show for it.

The new manager Q is a great addition to the store. My car got in quickly and he communicated everything well. Good to see a well run store and team with good attitudes and aptitude. Not easy to find these days.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They do call you about updates to the services of your car whether it be oil change, brakes, etc. I’ve been coming to this location for years and it has been great service almost all the time. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend coming here, I came in for an alignment on my 2024 Honda accord and it was great. Honda quoted me $200 for a one time alignment but here I paid $205 for lifetime alignments. Customer service was nice and it was no longer than an hour. Was really happy with my experience and will be coming back if needed.

Timely and Friendly service. I have come to this location for alignment service a fee times now. Their alignment system can reset or recalibrate onboard computer for cars that have lane dectection system. The car was aligned perfectly the first time. In and out in 45 minute. The service was delivered timely. Great service.

Omar and his guys are great! Had a tire issue and they were able to get the new tires, install and align in under two hours. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in need of auto care. These guys are kind, friendly to females with little car knowledge, and didn’t overcharge.
