Called the branch directly to see if they were open. After 27 minutes on hold with no answer, drive there to do the deposit. When I mentioned to the employee I made a comment about being on hold for 27 minutes and his response was “busy time of the year”. They simply don’t care.

I met with my advisor, Melissa, to review my portfolio. She was a great help and didn't try to upsell me, even though my investments were not all in the Fidelity family of funds.

I moved to Naperville from out of state last year, and I was concerned after reading earlier reviews of this branch. But I was warmly greeted and immediately asked how they could help me.I had major business to attend to and everything about the transaction, the employees and the entire office was exceptional. I have held accounts with Fidelity Investments for nearly 20 years, and I will continue coming here for all of my investment questions and new accounts.

Top-notch service, helpful and friendly staff. They made it quick and easy to deposit inherited IRA funds and assist with transfers from inherited Computershare accounts to my Fidelity accounts.

Shady. After trying to make a deposit with my bank. "Fraud department" closed my individually managed online investment account portfolio after taking copies of my social security number and 1099 IRS forms to send to their corporate finance department. Then they had the audacity to charge me half of my entire account value to receive a settlement check in "brokerage fees" after locking my account and preventing me from selling anything myself. DO NOT INVEST HERE EVER. IF YOUR EMPLOYER HAS YOU AUTOMATICALLY INVESTING A 401K CANCEL IT AND GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF HERE. DO NOT LOSE YOUR RETIREMENT SAVINGS TO THESE CRIMINALS.

I have an account with Fidelity for a long time , I went to freedom dr location to update and do some changes , upon asking fo someone to talk to , a lady opened the door and held it to go back in as if she does have no time to talk to us and did not even welcome us or offered to have a seat or look into our account! I’m very upset and disgusted by her negative member service , after asking us few questions she turned back and left ! I’m done with my account and looking for a brokerage company who will offer me full service and courtesy !!!

They work just like timeshare sales people here, they tell you one thing and when you question them or tell them that the math doesn't add up they get very upset at you. When I laughed at how high their fees were they started back peddling and I got 3 different answers to what they would be. When I asked were the shortfall in their predictions came from they wouldn't tell me untill I turned over half a million dollars to them so they could tell me what the super secret "algorithm" that was inside of their magic box was saying. The only reason I can see for a possibility of a short fall was the exorbitantly high fees the world charge.

Worst service ever at this brach. They seem to have used the break from in person service during the 2 Covid years to fudge and outright lie about changes to service fees. Managed account service fee more than doubled and they claim I’m mistaken in my memory of the multiple calls and visits and notes i provided (on fidelity letter head) I took during those pre Covid meetings. You need you’re head examined if you let them try to manage your money for the outrages fees involved! And their investment choices are poor as well. Worst service ever!!!

Today is the second day I was trying to get a hold of somebody and waited on hold for over a hour before hanging up. It doesn't seem like they want any business because when I called for information on a couple of ETFS a few months ago I was told that they weren't supposed to help me!

Recently moved to a new home near Naperville and I set up a meeting at the Naperville office to establish a relationship and obtain a new advisor. The advisor I met with was like a stone... no response, just sat there and looked at me. When I saw this meeting wasn't going anywhere I left. As a 25 year Fidelity customer I left very disappointed.
