I have had to drop off two packages with preprinted labels in the past 10 days at this location. The first time a friendly gentleman took my package, printed a receipt and wished me a good day. Today when I went in and attempted to hand my package to a young lady and asked for a receipt, she pointed to a self scan machine and told me it will print a receipt and to leave the package on the counter. What a poor experience from a customer standpoint. Had I wanted to do her job for her I would have gone to the self service machine. Maybe I’ll give a try again but UPS franchise stores seem to be friendlier.

7pm is closing, and I was there, then for 1 package drop off. Im walking up to the door and the guy is literally watching me, frantically trying to get the doors latched. Then winked and smiled as he was able to click the lock. I stood there waiting to get a front on picture of the prick.

This review is of FedEx customer server phone number, not this store. I hope maybe someone will take notice if posted here.I called a Fedex service representative who couldn't tell me if the package was delivered or not and couldn't tell me why it then said "returned to sender" after being delivered. After many times of asking why I have that info but he doesn't he offered me another customer service number. That number literally was for USPS to get me to hang up. Garbage customer service, garbage company.

Jessica at the store was super amazing, so nice and very patient in taking me through my order. Even with all that, Jessica managed to complete my order before I knew it! Although this store is not the closest Fedex for me, I'll come back here for all future shipping needs!

Very very bad service basically they don’t care for costumers I placed an order on Friday and employee told me will be ready on Monday at 10 I went there and call them nothing is ready for me on Friday she said she will call me if anything I didn’t get call from them at all she said she emailed me and I did get the email but it’s for another order so she said that they trying to make it easy for them and print all at one time but I put in order on Friday I needed that Monday why would you make things easy for you and not for your costumers. I had photoshoot for my restaurant and I needed that poster very badly today now it will mess up everything for me and that is only because they want to make things easy for them and I am paying for it they charge 100 for each poster I am ready to pay it but never going back again there unless Shasha is there she is one of the best employees. And manager over there instead of solving costumers problem he got mad at me about calling them he said it doesn’t work that way I have to go in person to find out they won’t give you any information over the phone . Very very bad service.

I had initially came in to use the self service, but the machine wouldn't take my card. Sasha came over to help me as I had no idea what to do. She was able to fix it on the first try even while recommending to help me at the front desk instead if it did not work. I am thankful FedEx hires amazing people like Sasha who are attentive towards customers who require assistance. Thank you

I just got ripped off. I was at a computer station for 2 minutes to print a document. The first time it printed black and white, i wanted it in color, changed the settings and printed in color. The documents still came out black and white. I went up to the store manager to ask for a partial refund since clearly my documents were black and white. He told me the ink was low on the printer and that it still counts as color because i used the color printer. I paid 10. Worst customer service.

I took a shipping label to check if it is valid the arrogant FedEx store guy would not check the label and asked me to get the shipment for measurement and check weight.when I took the the big box he then checked the label and said it has expired and I need a new label for return.He then tells it is protocol and was not friendly very rude and arrogant He could have just scanned the shipping label and told me that i need anew one instead he made me carry the heavy box in and out very poor customer service
