Keith and the team were very kind and helpful with a debacle of a shipment on the part of Romeoville's location. They helped me in any way they could to get my dog's wheelchair to relieve his back leg issues.

I sent a 2000$ pack with them I made a big mistake they lost my pack and won’t let me file a claim cause I don’t have the tracking number but I do have the receipt and all the over info. What a bunch of thieves

Was helped by Joe the assistant manager who went above and beyond to help me out! I prefer fedex as a returning spot compared to Walmart or even the Walmart free pick up from home service. Great service every time I come.

I am literally almost in tears right now. I just left this store and I came in to copy original mini flashcards i made for my little daughter of the alphabet. The manager there who has this long curly hair and looks like he's from the 1970s copied the flahscards and rang me up. After i paid $23 for the cards he told me they were now closed. I said would you mind if i use the paper cutter, (just being polite) and he actually said, yes we do mind we close at 6:00pm and its after 6pm and we have a lot to do, so no you cant use it. I didn’t know what was going on with this guy and felt rather bullied so I said I would be quick…after all I am a paying customer……but I felt like i really ticked him off… i also felt very uncomfortable because it was just me and the two men that worked there who gave me some very uncomfortable vibes so I didn’t want to make them upset… ? So I ran over to the paper cutter to try and finish my project but they immediately shut off all the lights ? and I was trying to rush to appease them. I accidentally sliced one of the flashcards down the middle… I literally felt so uncomfortable with these two men I almost just left ….but i kinda pleaded with the other guy to recopy it for me and I told him I would just leave… i felt I had to apologize to him because they were closed ….so thankfully he re-copied it for me and gave me two copies for some reason and then he unlocked the door and let me leave but it felt very very strange that they wouldn’t allow me to hang around and use the paper cutter because that isnt any extra work they would have to do while they were closing up the shop I was so upset and confused why they were so rude to me and I will never ever be using a FedEx print and copy again. ??

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff urgently needs major training to improve. They are either unable or unwilling to assist customers with basic tasks, such as printing a document in color. The entire team appears unequipped to handle even simple requests. Their incompetence and lack of helpfulness are glaring. I would rather buy a new printer, ink, and paper than ever return to this location.

I have had to drop off two packages with preprinted labels in the past 10 days at this location. The first time a friendly gentleman took my package, printed a receipt and wished me a good day. Today when I went in and attempted to hand my package to a young lady and asked for a receipt, she pointed to a self scan machine and told me it will print a receipt and to leave the package on the counter. What a poor experience from a customer standpoint. Had I wanted to do her job for her I would have gone to the self service machine. Maybe I’ll give a try again but UPS franchise stores seem to be friendlier.

7pm is closing, and I was there, then for 1 package drop off. Im walking up to the door and the guy is literally watching me, frantically trying to get the doors latched. Then winked and smiled as he was able to click the lock. I stood there waiting to get a front on picture of the prick.

This review is of FedEx customer server phone number, not this store. I hope maybe someone will take notice if posted here.I called a Fedex service representative who couldn't tell me if the package was delivered or not and couldn't tell me why it then said "returned to sender" after being delivered. After many times of asking why I have that info but he doesn't he offered me another customer service number. That number literally was for USPS to get me to hang up. Garbage customer service, garbage company.
