After starting off at a different location, which was busy and the specific scanner I needed was throwing errors, I came to this location. The young man there helped me through the entire process and went above and beyond. It saved my work day!

Bad experience. Called first and asked for details. The staff refused to answer how much it will cost. When I finished and questioned her why so expensive, she answered that I told you it will cost you. Very bad customer service. They don't have much pride in customer service.

Employees are very helpful and ready to assist!Usually when Iam there, they are not busy only a few customers are inside.... Normally just a short waitI have used FedEx for some of the international shipment I find it is Much faster and better customer service than ups or dhlThis location, although the parking lot can be pack at time , understandably, right next to a Starbucks lol they are extremely efficient!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I'll tell you that I have shipped hundreds of packages through FedEx in many states at many fedex locations. This location, although the parking can be rough with Starbucks next door, is EXTREMELY efficient. Liz helped me and banged out four packages to four different addresses in record time, all with a smile and friendly demeanor. Couldn't be more happy.

Do not use this location! Lost my trade in Apple Watch!!I do not want to speculate what happened behind the scene, but long story short - do not use this location if you do not want to only send/receive empty boxes. I went there to send my old watch back to Apple on 5/8 around 11am. As Apple’s email stated “Our shipping partner will pack up your device for free and send it off”, I thought FedEx might want to inspect before shipping and brought in my watch without packaging or sealing myself. The employee scanned my code, printed me the receipt and took the watch. Then they said I could leave now and they will pack it and send it out for me. Next thing I know is I just got email and phone call from Apple saying they only received an empty box… very bad experience!!

They are the worse!!! They shipped a valuable item for me that I paid $180 for shipping and it arrived broken/damaged, so it is useless now, and they are refusing to compensate me. FedEx you lost a customer for ever!!!

It was a nightmarish situation using this store. I bought a friend a baseball cap for their birthday. It had to be sent to Quebec Canada..... I asked her several times if this would mean i had to pay any other tariffs or dues because it was going to another country. This Stephanie person who is (apparently the manager!?) at first she couldn't figure out the Canadian Zip Code until she realized she was putting in one of the wrong characters. Then she told me this charge would cover the entire shipment...tariffs and all.... well.... My friend got his gift..... and then a few weeks later he got a bill in the mail from Fed Ex asking for $20 some dollars for the taxes and tariffs..... In short..... these people in this store have zero idea what they are doing and what they are talking about. Beware!

I visit this FedEx location once a week for personal and business needs. Was about to mail a loan payoff check to a lender and decided a Tracking Number was a good idea. Went to Naperville FedEx and Stefanie gave me several options and pricing. I ended up taking the 3-day for $13 and I greatly appreciated her assistance. She pointed out the tracking number on the receipt and even took my email to give me tracking updates.

Parking need to be cleaned Starbucks and FED EX needs need to step up the plate and keep the parking lot and loading exterior clean
