I have been to this FedEx facility many times and the staff has always been helpful and quick with their work. Rodolfo is the guy I usually meet while I go to drop off some packages. He is the guy how will always makes sure your data is confidential and secure. You will not see any paper lying on any table just like that which shows how seriously they take the job of keeping the Data secure. He is very calm and cooperative and always gives suggestions how things can be better or tell me the options I have for the shipping in detail without losing any patience. Thank you for being an amazing person whom I can trust and be sure my package is in safe hands. Also I have noticed NON- FEDEX facility they charge even for a tape. Luckily FedEx doesn’t do that. Else I have seen people paying extra $3 just for a tape. Thank you FedEx and Rodolfo for making things easy for so many people.

I am writing to share my recent experience at the FedEx location inside Walmart at 2552 W 75th St, Naperville, IL 60564. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one.
During my visit, I asked the store manager Name:Rudolfo at the desk to verify my address after scanning my driver's license, as I wanted to ensure the updated address from the DMV was correct. The manager was initially very rude and refused to assist. Even after explaining the reason for my request twice, he only reluctantly agreed to verify the address and did not offer any apology for his behavior.
It was disappointing to be treated this way. Professionalism and respect are crucial in customer service, and I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.

The front desk associate was unhappy after a phone call that he received. He then proceeded to be very short with me and the questions I had. He was unable to help direct me with any information on what I should be doing in order to ship my items. Will not be coming back.

Zero customer service. FedEx should take back this franchise or force to change the store manager. I was standing next in the line, after he was done the current customer, he didn't even acknowledge me. He was working on to cleaning his phone, keyboard and acted as if I didn't exist until I asked him to help me.

Rodolfo the store manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. On top on the terrible service, asking customers to pay $3 to print (1) extra page that came with the shipping label is ridiculous. Your customers shouldn’t have to teach you how to print 1 of 2 pages.

To print one page it cost me $2.75 plus tax. They really tried to upsell me to get a bigger package than I needed. I've had better experiences at other FedEx office locations.

Worst customer service……Today we went to fedex ship centre to ship one of item at Walmart Naperville , the guy who is working over there talked with me rudely and shown racism.One of lady who came to return one of the item standing in front of me where he talked with her politely and done his work and coming to me when I asked, on what date will the item be shipped he said that you need to listen properly when I said and talked with me in rash behavior.This is not the way to talk with customers.I will never go to that fedex ship centre located at Naperville Walmart centre Il.Terrible customer service
