We recently changed insurance agents after many years, and Pat did a fantastic job at getting us competing quotes to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. He is always quick to respond to any questions we have had, and has been very knowledgeable when handling our complex insurance situation (multiple homes, vehicles, umbrella and commercial policies).
