Friendly service staff.
Unfortunately, when I fell on the ice and was injured, they refused to provide the video of the fall, and we need to go to court for them to acknowledge the severity of the accident.

Since my Family and I have checked in the employee from front desk and housekeepers been nothing but friendly and helpful! Customer service skills been nothing but A1?. Anytime I need something fix or done in my room, I never have to ask twice! They’re always greeting my family with a smile or hello. The ladies and gentlemen working here has made our stay comfortable. Keep up the great work?

I stayed here for about 6 months and it felt just like having an apartment. The rooms are kept clean and I love that it has a full size fridge, a stove and a microwave. The laundry is a bit pricy but is about the same price as neighboring laundry mats. It's clean and it washes really well. The service here is exceptional, everyone on staff is super helpful and kind. I also want to say a special thank you to Ms. Roslyn for always going above and beyond to help me with whatever I need.
I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you guys for having me!

Did not get the same room i had booked. Have to settle to single bed while i booked for 2 beds for the same price. Rooms were stinky and got zero service from the front desk. Will never return back.

After we booked the room and got to the hotel, they told us we needed to be 21 or over to check in. There is no mention of that policy either on the website or when I called them. The manager said that there is a law in IL that says that you need to be 21+ to check into a hotel room (there isn’t). We told them we had nowhere else to go to, they didn’t care. Avoid this place.

Everyone here is like family to me. District manager and sales manager Esteban and Larry are the best and have told all uber drivers to come stay for awhile if need be

Rooms: Rooms are older, and a few parts are worn or chipped, but they are clean and well kept. No issues functionality. The door locks are secure. I like the storage next to the door behind the curtain.
Walkability: While there are not many places to go, the closeness to a few restaurants and stores makes quick trips for the essentials easy without crossing busy 59.
