Not clean, wish I would have walked out. The women didn't know what she was doing and then another person helped her fix my nails. When she was fixing them she asked her a question and just dropped the clippers on the floor in front of me. I should have walked out then. Honestly their prices are cheap bc of the lack of everything. Pass go and go somewhere else.

They did such a bad job that they admitted it looked horrible but wouldn’t fix it. They looked so bad they didn’t make me pay-this time. They messed them up previously but still charged full price. I thought I would give a different employee a try this time and that was a horrible idea. Worst of all it took almost 3 hours and it was just a regular manicure on my natural nail. A woman was there waiting when I left and saw how bad mine turned out so she left right behind me. Will never return. It’s so dirty that dirt fell into my nail and they just painted over it and it’s extremely noticeable. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Sent a picture to a different salon and they felt so bad they offered me a discount to their salon to get it fixed. Please save your time and money and go somewhere elseService: Nail painting

28$ for a basic pedicure!! I really wanted to like this place for the price.. inside is depressing dirty. I took my mom and daughter here never again. The lady did not even clip my nails she started filing them down. I had to tell her please cut my toenails short. Then my mom was sitting under the fan for 10 minutes and when she went to put her shoe on her big toe lost nail polish. I asked the guy if he can fix her big toe. All he did was put nail polish on top he did not even remove the nail polish so her toenail is all lumpy. Below is a pic of my toe . Yikes ? never again it was terrible

Extremely poor service they don’t know how to treat a customer my wife waited for an hour first to be attended and after that they did wrong service and then they said you have to pay more for other service and they don’t know how to speak with a customer highly disappointed I don’t recommend this place to anyone ……

I recently relocated to this area from Canada and decided to visit Exo Nails for the first time to get my nails done. Unfortunately, my experience with Mary, the lady who assisted me, was quite disappointing. When I asked about the prices for the nails and services, her behavior quickly turned rude and unhelpful.From the moment I inquired about the prices, Mary seemed disinterested in assisting me. Instead of answering my questions or providing any sort of guidance, she responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Whenever I tried to communicate further or seek clarification, her response was consistently, "I don't understand you."As a new customer, I expected a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Exo Nails, especially considering I was unfamiliar with the pricing structure. Unfortunately, Mary's behavior made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe it's important for the staff at a nail salon to be accommodating and patient, particularly with customers who are new to their establishment.In terms of the nail salon itself, I cannot comment on the quality of their services or the skill of the technicians, as I ultimately decided not to proceed with my appointment due to the poor customer service experience. It's disheartening to base my review solely on the initial interaction with Mary, but it greatly impacted my perception of Exo Nails.Moving forward, I hope the management Nails addresses the issue of customer service and ensures that their staff is trained to provide a welcoming and helpful experience to all customers. First impressions are crucial, and unfortunately, my first encounter with Mary left me with a negative impression of the salon. As a result, I will be seeking another nail salon in the area for my future needs.

This is my go-to nail salon since I moved to Naperville 2 years ago. Mary is the best, and everyone at the salon is so talented. They are all so nice and welcoming every time I come in. I usually show Mary a reference picture and she never fails to deliver some magic!Services: Nail extensions

This nail salon is a great option in Naperville if you don't mind a no-frills type of experience. They offer a wide range of services at a reasonable price. The only nail tech that I go to in this salon is Mary. She is really good and I'm usually pleased with the outcome of my manicure. Only real complaint I have is that sometimes the dipping powder doesn't last on my nails and they chip after a few days. This has only occurred on a few occasions, but it's quite annoying whenever this happens.
