My best friend was shopping in EVEREVE Naperville location and one of the employees made a rude joke about her name (my friend is an immigrant) and tried to play it off rather than apologize. I called the store and talked to the manager- manager was apologetic and said she would reach out to my
Friend and rectify the situation. My friend never heard from them. I will never shop in this store.

Nov 3rd around 7:30 … my wife goes in to shop, wasn’t greeted, wasn’t asked if she needed help or needed anything. Your employees need to do better, you lost a sale because my wife was going to make a purchase but the lack of customer service made her just walk out.

I love going to Evereve, for the clothes but even more importantly for the staff! All of the women that work at the downtown Naperville store are truly so kind, enthusiastic and make me feel so good about myself. Shout out to Jackie for making my day every time I go in there!

My experience was nothing but wonderful. I walked in doing last minute christmas shopping for a family member and the helpful ladies jumped right on it and started picking out outfits that would work for the person I was shopping for. I would recommend this location to anyone, they will treat you well!

Went in yesterday to do some jeans shopping (bane of my existence) and had the best shopping experience of my life. Michelle was fantastic, so sweet and helpful. You can find service like this anymore. I felt so taken care of and actually left feeling confident and so happy with my new clothes!! Thank you!?

Went to this store to buy a $400.00 dollar gift certificate. A friend just went through some bad times. Waited politely for 11.00 to come. Passed 11 o'clock still they didn't open the store. They saw me and and acknowledged me. And started talking again. Seems lot's of people find this place rude, self indulging, and snooty. I found I saved my money and will not go back. I guess they don't feel the need for customers.

This the third time I have been here and the third time I have been blatantly ignored by the staff. I walk in, no acknowledgement at all. A Caucasian lady walks in right behind me and she is asked if she needs anything and is greeted politely. I walked around the entire store and not once did any sales person acknowledge or ask me if I needed help but they fawned over every other customer there. I was the only non Caucasian customer, btw. And every salesperson there is Caucasian. Like I said, this wouldn't be so obvious if it didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME I have walked in. Never again. Mediocre overpriced clothes anyway. I'd rather take my business elsewhere where people aren't so blatantly rude and prejudiced. And not that this matters, but I was dressed properly and had on a designer handbag (in case they were wondering if I had any money to pay for their items )

I have to say I love Evereve!! However Lisa S was the person who rang up my purchase. She was so rude !! She never looked at me and continued to speak with other salespeople and another customer the entire time I stood at the register. I had to tell her 4 times I had a gift card due to the fact she did not listen to me and just kept chatting. I'm shocked by they way she treated my mother and I. What should have been an easy transaction took much longer due to her attitude. I will not go back if I have to deal with her.

I really dislike going into a store where no one acknowledges my presence. This happened today and it's the second time it's happened here in the last couple months. I'm not sure what happened because this wasn't always my experience. It certainly caused me to leave. Yes, saying hello does make a difference. I guess I'll stick to shopping online.

Shout out to Nancy in Naperville for a great experience at Evereve. I stopped in cause I saw something for my bestie for Christmas in the window. I went in to grab it and true to form, I end up buying items for myself â€. Great selection of clothing and accessories. I sometimes avoid boutique like stores cause employees can be so pushy. Not that I have a problem with saying no it is just they do not realize it takes me out of my zone, I get annoyed and leave ( take note Evereve not all ur employees " get it"). Nancy was a pleasant exception. Even suggested items ( which I ended up buying) that busted through my comfort zone. Looking forward to going back in the near future!
