Customer service was exceptional. Pained my pocket book to spend $90 on a dress shirt but we were in a pinch. The shirt was very nice quality and looked great.

Only one complaint. just wish they had light colored or white, or off-white jogging suits for the summer. Other than that the sales person and the store itself are great.

First time shopping in a US store since the Canadian locations closed. The Sale Rep was fantastic to work with. He allowed me to browse and make my own selection. He even pulled out some stock that had just arrived of which I bought a couple of items. Very enjoyable experience.

I had looked online and gotten ideas then went to the store to try on different items. The sales staff was very helpful answering my questions and pointed out where the items I had seen online were located. They left me to browse, and came back in a few minutes to answer more questions. Once i selected an item, they help place it on a take home hanger and put it in a covering bag. The service was what I have come to expect at DXL, always polite and helpful.

The store looked great! This store in Naperville, Aurora area always looks Great! Since my nephews live in Kansas I was heading in for socks and gift cards. The sales person was there to help me out right away. May my day easier.

Typically I am not one to ever leave reviews, however in all the years I’ve been to retail stores/worked at retailers I have never received better customer service then what I received from Robert, I’m not sure what he is being paid however it is not enough
