The receptionist did not enter my information when I checked in causing me to wait for over an hour to be seen until another receptionist helped me. So sad. My family had been coming to this place for 20 years or so. Once Duly took over, they now have eliminated a lot of providers and seem to be only for a " certain " income bracket now and are snooty and rude about it.My family will no longer come here.

Daniel E Hrad, MD at 1948 Three Farms Ave, Naperville, IL 60540 will see you for a well visit for less than 5 minutes, and if you ask him anything else, he will also charge you for a office visit. He will double bill you for that same 5 minutes. Insurance fraud. Got charged for over $400 for 5 minutes. Do not recommend.
