We’ve been looking for a king size mattress on a tight budget. Before we found Graham at Discount Mattress, we were looking at used mattresses in the same price range. Graham greeted us quickly and gave us great NEW options in our price range with zero pressure to buy. We bought it within the hour and the delivery is very affordable and quick as well! Definitely recommend!

I was able to purchase a twin mattress for a reasonable price.Some places are charging $200 or more. That's insane.I got a very nice mattress wrapped in plastic.They saved it for me until my son could help me.Note: they do deliver as well.Why don't you give them a try?

We highly recommend Discount Mattress in Naperville IL and want to send our sincere thanks to Graham the store owner, and to Brian, a true sales professional. We LOVE our new Chattam & Wells Split King Adjustable beds and appreciate the great pricing!As a person with severe spinal issues, my husband and I decided to start shopping for a new mattress and adjustable frames. After shopping several big box furniture and chain mattress stores we were feeling overwhelmed and in total price shock after receiving quotes between $10,000 to $13,000!! The final stop on my list of stores was Discount Mattress in Naperville IL. Unlike all the other stores resulting from my online search, we had never heard of this store. I am so happy that we stopped in, just wish we had done so first!What we found was a large store full of a variety of mattresses. The same familiar name brands we knew so well and some we hadn’t heard of, all at much lower prices than the other stores we had visited.Brian greeted us and patiently listened as we explained our needs. He asked some additional questions and then showed us three or four different mattresses. He provided the manufacturing and design details for each one and explained why he was recommending it and then left the area so we could check each out. As we did, additional questions would come to mind and Brian would come back over to answer our questions and then leave us again so that we could discuss privately and without feeling pressured. Additionally our mattresses and adjustable bases were delivered and set up just as promised.Definitely check out Discount Mattress if your looking for great customer service and unbelievable pricing!Sherry & Tom Duffin

Bought a king size mattress from this store after checking out the mattress from the top and sides and I was told the mattress was in like new condition just like most of their stock. Graham charged me $40 to deliver the mattress as I live a bit far according to him (a 40 minute drive from the store). I happily paid for the delivery and promptly received the mattress the next day. When they came to deliver the mattress I did inspect it briefly but did not suspect anything as I was told it was in a like new condition. The next day when my wife and I were moving the mattress still in its cover, we noticed a big tear on the bottom. I called the store and was told they would swap it out for me when they are in the area. A couple of days later I called to get an update and suddenly I am told it is my fault that I did not inspect the mattress and I will have to pay another $100 to get it swapped. "You didn't do a good job of inspecting it" is what I was told. My fault was that I trusted someone at the store when they said there was nothing wrong with the mattress. Avoid this place if you can and if you still want to buy a mattress from them, make sure you inspect it thoroughly when you receive it without caring for the delivery guys' time. Also note that not all of their mattresses are brand new so if you are getting a good deal, there is a reason for it.Edit after Graham's response to my review: so basically he will tell you whatever and sell you whatever. It is your responsibility to make sure you don't trust a word of his and check everything at store and at home. I thought I was being nice by not asking him to flip the mattress at the store but apparently being nice is my fault. Well, I learned my lesson. I uploaded a second picture that shows this mattress was used, sanitized, and is not being sold a second time. He did not mention anything of this sort at the store. He said it was a mattress that may have fallen off a truck (whatever that means).

They have a large number of mattress brands and models on display, but are also happy to order any others they can get from their suppliers. I saw that they had several models of the luxury brand Chattam & Wells (higher end brand of Spring Air) but not the exact model I wanted.They were more than happy to work with me and after some research special ordered the mattress I wanted brand new directly from the manufacturer at a price I couldn't refuse. They delivered it the same day it arrived from the manufacturer just a few days after it was ordered.Arrived double bagged as C&W ships them and in perfect condition. Delivery was by the store owner Graham and one of his employees who were careful in my home and took away my previous mattress. Highly recommended, they sell a wide range of mattresses and can save you a lot of cash compared to their competition!

My fiancé and I loved purchasing our mattress here! Graham was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We told him what we wanted and our budget; he gave us atleast 7 different options that we could look at! The price with delivery was beyond reasonable, we definitely recommend discount mattress!

I absolutely hate mattress shopping and feel overwhelmed by it all, but Graham made the process as painless as possible. He educated us on different types/brands of mattresses and was very patient. He was good at giving us space but at the same time was always on hand for any questions we had. Great experience overall!

Pretty smooth experience. Walked in and within 30 minutes, I was able to find the one I was looking for without any sort of pressure. They had verity of options and also home delivery options for a reasonable price.Highly recommend.
